GoogleUnfortunately, I have to deduct two stars due to the nightmarish experience with the sellers' solicitors throughout the entire process. Their questionable practices have made the situation incredibly challenging, potentially necessitating legal intervention, which only exacerbates the issue. While it's true that sellers have the autonomy to choose their solicitors, it's reasonable to expect processes in place to ensure they select reputable ones, especially considering the control exerted over buyers to prevent withdrawal before the exchange. On a positive note, Nick/Jamie provided exceptional support and assistance throughout the entire process, even extending his help beyond completion. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to others and would certainly engage with them again in the future, terms and conditions apply*.

It's important to clarify that the challenges you faced with the solicitors were beyond our control and not reflective of our company's performance. As are aware, they operate independently and are not affiliated with us, and they are not one of our recommended law firms. Despite this, we made efforts to facilitate communication and assist in resolving the matter, even though it fell outside our direct responsibilities, post the sale being complete. We believe that assigning a 3-star rating is unfair considering that it is a matter beyond our control and is a legal conveyancing matter, an oversight by your solicitor and the sellers solicitor. We strive to provide exceptional service within our domain, and we ask that our ratings reflect this. Nonetheless, we genuinely hope for a swift resolution to the issue you encountered and wish you the best moving forward.

Our case had a few unique logistical challenges that dragged on for four months.
