GoogleI bought a shared ownership property through Hunters on Barking Road and had a really smooth experience. Saif Shefe was especially helpful throughout, always friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. Communication was great from start to finish, which made the whole process a lot less stressful. Would definitely recommend them!

GoogleMy sale turned out to be a very long, drawn out affair with legal complications no one had anticipated. Throughout the whole process Saif Shefe kept things moving along, nudging and reminding the various parties until completion was finally achieved. Viewed a rental property. I wanted to proceed but then told they wanted to collect more interest and no communication whatsoever. Absolute shocking service and wouldn't recommend at all. Thankfully I got no further with my application, well I guess I don't know cause they never come back to me. What a joke!!

GoogleReally impressive work by George Singh who went above and beyond all possible expectations to ensure a tricky Purchase completed as smoothly as possible. George did absolutely everything he could, even helping engage a plumber for recommissioning of water and heating systems. Thoroughly recommended George and thank him sincerely for everything he did to help.

Trustpilotlettings fees are very high
For lettings their fees are very expensive. First 3 months of my 450 rent studio flat they took and I did not get anything. When tenant leaves another month will be gone as inventory check is 180 and cleaning in 250 and this is for a studio flat. If i want to cancel the contract i have to pay 900. Stay away.

GoogleAvoid this agency at all costs. They are extremely unprofessional and lack transparency. They arranged a viewing and then cancelled it just 10 minutes before the scheduled time. They consistently avoid responding to enquiries, and when they do reply, they simply say the property is “under offer” without any proper explanation. When I asked about their complaints procedure, they refused to provide any details and instead laughed, saying no one would respond, before hanging up the phone. I spoke with someone named Asif, who was completely unhelpful. Overall, a very poor experience.

The last offer we put in was with an agent who genuinely answered the phone and said the manager was having a lay-in so couldn’t tell us if our offer had been accepted… George was professional, always on call (even on his days off) and made the whole buying process so much less stressful. I have only great things to say about Hunters Middleton branch! From the very first phone call right up to exchanging contacts They have been beyond brilliant. I absolutely loved the pictures of my house and the write up most definitely did my house justice. My house sold within 4 days and I was over the moon with the price!Nicole was the shining star for me- she kept in daily contact and was the most reassuring and helpful person every single step of the process. Hunters let the house adjacent to ours. There have been multiple pipe leaks around the bathroom causing flooding which in turn is causing damp smells on our side due to the length of time taken to address the issues. It's been repaired after four weeks now within hours water is currently coming through the ceiling next door soaking our party wall and they have told the tennant it's livable no problem.

Awful. Incredibly disorganised. Would establish inspections and never turn up, would constantly email about overdue rent that wasn't overdue. Would pass the blame constantly. Attempted to raise my rent by a "reasonable" £200 a month six months into my tenancy which can only happen every 12 months and cannot be more than the CPI price index; they failed on both counts. Renting is honestly awful, and these clowns pray upon the anxiety of insecurity to get what they want.I have bought a house now, I wish all renters the luck to buy their own homes one day so we never have to deal with letting agents like these ever again.

He has great patience and saw my purchase over the period of five months and remained responsive, friendly, helpful - allowing me to come into the estate agent to print stuff out and send to my solicitor. Al in all a great experience with him clearly communicating everything from the beginning until the end.

I would completely recommend avoiding this agency, they are slow to respond, have no information ready at hand and this has possibly been the most annoying process of purchasing a property with them. There was a lot of missing information that I was not provided and they basically only know how to respond when they need something. You will call them and they say they'll get back to you and just disappear. Avoid if possible.

We are in the process of buying a bungalow at the moment and the sales progression team told us the vendor had been to sort the electrics and service the boiler..previous tennants had apparently got in debt so electric was cut off..Hunters lied saying this would be sorted. A second viewing 2 weeks later and a wasted 120 mile journey confirmed nothing had been sorted. When we told them we were disappointed with them we were told to leave the property.

Hunters hung a "for sale" sign on our property, which was a surprise to us, since we were neither selling nor letting the property. When asked to take it down, four visible holes have been left in the wall of our home. It has been six and a half weeks, and the holes are still there. In a couple of weeks, we're going to need to escalate this to the ombudsman.

Agent Harj was full of fake promises. Although he was all smiles and seemed friendly, the minute we left after our viewing he didn’t return texts or calls and shyed away from any contact. After several calls to the agents I finally managed to find out myself that the property had been given to someone else, rather than them calling me to inform me I had to dig this information out of them which was frustrating. Avoid!

Really went out of his way to understand my requirements and got me a price I was happy with. I would not hesitate in using Hunters as they really have excellent local knowledge and really know their stuff. Saif Shefe is a true professional in every sense of the word.
