GoogleThese people at hunters are THE MOST UNTRUSTWORTHY people we have come across in my life. They gave my wife and me false promises to the tenant such as the wire work will be corrected, the corridor will be cleaned, the broken tap will be repaired …. They are just there to RIP you for their benefit and their landlord with ALL THE DIRTY TRICKS that they are good at. They were managing a property that I rented and that was awful, when we called them we always ended up in “various” random “rude and careless” staff that say “ I do not know, I let SOMEONE know”, when you are shivering with broken boiler etc. BUT THEY NEVER GET BACK TO YOU. They said the landlord was a “nice” person, who was a stingy person every 3 months was checking on us and commenting on everything except the functionality of flat,.. NO PRIVACY BEWARE MANY POSETIVE REVIEWS MUST BE FALSE , MADE BY THE HUNTERS, “look” at the reviewers they are NOT genuinely existing , their accounts show that have not reviewed anything else … My family have EXPERIENCED them, more than 90% of them are “counterfeit” by the Hunters,.. These are one of the small offices on that street and they have SIGNIFICANTLY DISPROPORTINATELY high rates compared to large reputable branches next to them, its impossible.. SOME ONE MUST SUE THEM sooner or later …. If things did not work for you , you know whom to blame. BEWARE you sign that contract there is NO way back you are in the trap by the Hunter sharks.

GoogleThey’re not nice people. Simple. I tried to give them a chance and for them to sell my flat but they were 95% slime and 5% competent. They even had the audacity to ask me to sign a blank contract so they could “fill it out later”. Amazing. It is no way surprising that they have manipulated their rating on google with all these ‘5 star’ reviewers who just happen to have only ever written one google review...

GoogleI had a very pleasant experience working with the West Hampstead Hunters office when searching for a flat in 2014. I was new in London and the agent walked me through all the potential areas I could live in and the pros and cons. I was also lucky enough to get a good deal on my flat at the end with the help of the agent negotiating on my behalf. I highly recommend this agency if you are new to London or are looking to move areas/flats. You will receive high quality and a friendly service which will make the experience a lot more enjoyable.

GoogleAlfonso and the rest of the people at Hunters work really hard to ensure that you get the right apartment for you. You really feel that they won't be happy until you're happy which is very reassuring. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleVery unprofessional: first not very friendly on the phone while booking the appointment, I asked to get a confirmation by sms on the day but they said it wasn't necessary, the appointment was confirmed .. finally, they didn't show up and when I called they apologised telling me that the owner withdrew the property from the market a couple of hours before and the agent FORGOT to let me know ... for an emergency or something similar I would have understood but forgetting to tell a client that an appointment is cancelled is unbelievable and unforgivable. Not a way to do business.

GoogleWe have had a most positive experience with Devan at Hunters West Hampstead. He was always available, willing to show us the property again at short notice, and always at the end of a call with the information we needed. His pleasant manner and dedication to the customer made it a pleasure to deal with him. Chelsea promptly provided all the documentation we needed and was similarly more than willing to provide any information we wanted.

GoogleHello All Armun Peeroozee & Daniel Sugarman dealt with finding me a suitable Tenant, I went with another Agency before, but they couldn't find me a suitable Tenant. These guys found one within 48hrs of the property being advertised with them. Thoroughly Professional & Efficient Service. So far my Experience with them has been without issues. Tenant has moved in. References & Inventory carried out on time. Daniel even helped me move some furniture that the Tenant did not want!!! What more can I say, highly recommended. Hope to deal with them again in 12 Months time.....
