GoogleDevan was incredible with helping us to secure the right property. Despite the complexities of my girlfriend moving over from aboard. He managed both our and the landlords expectations exceptionally. Rashaye was also very helpful during the handover stages.

GoogleI first met Jaison Vyas when he carried out a probate valuation of my Late Mum's property. He stood out from the other agents doing likewise due to his professionalism, courtesy, empathy and excellent local knowledge. I had no hesitation in therefore appointing Hunters to handle the subsequent sale. Despite restrictions imposed by the Coronavirus pandemic (which precluded my visiting the property in person) Jaison marketed it effectively and promptly with multiple viewings arranged within days. He secured an offer above the asking price very quickly. He willingly organised an EPC check on my behalf, liaised with the purchaser regarding remaining furniture items and took utility meter readings for me on the completion date. GoogleI had a great experience with Hunters, I found myself in a situation were I needed to find a flat within a few weeks, they have been absolute professionals and allowed me to move in the new property in a short time after I send the offer. I have communicated with Alfonso (Showed me the available flats) and Chelsea (for the tenancy agreement), both of them have been extremely helpful, answering all of my question promptly. GoogleCalled to view a flat and set up viewing. Didn't receive an email confirmation so called back today, person we spoke to was extremely rude and unprofessional. They acted as if we had lied about scheduling a viewing in the first place, essentially told my partner that they didn't want to show us the flat because the move in date is July and it is now May! First time we've had an agent actively turn away business, and then hang up on us. Spend your money elsewhere, landlord at HOLMDALE PLACE take your property to somebody else!

GoogleMoving can be very stressful and difficult, but having a well mannered and warm and extremely professional and very patient and also very helpful young man like Mr Itai Arvatz to help you, that really makes it much easier along the way, and it’s a big bonus, my god I count myself being very lucky and I really highly recommend Hunters and Itai if you are looking to move. They are just simply the best and it’s a pleasure to work with them.
