GoogleTrying to find a place to rent in London can be dispiriting, with plenty of agents who simply don't even reply to enquiries, and properties that look very different in the photos. Not with the Howard de Walden Estate. They have been very professional throughout the whole process, very easy to deal with, very clear in communication and the property is exactly as advertised. Very happy

GoogleThe whole team at Howard de Walden Estates have been excellent. We moved our clinic from Harley Street to Welbeck Street, within the Harley Street Medical Area. We attended their recent Medical Forum which was a great way to network and meet other Howard de Walden Estate healthcare and clinical organisations. We have been really impressed by the support and collaboration of their Marketing and PR team who have really helped spread the word of our clinic move and given Cognacity dedicated exposure, which we are really grateful of. The Marylebone area is a fantastic community of retail, healthcare, medical and residential and it is great to see the ongoing support each receives through Howard de Walden Estates.

GoogleHi Josie, Further to the Marylebone Christmas Lights event in 2021 and the Marylebone 2022 Summer Fayre, I just wanted to say how great it was working with you and your team throughout both events. Right from the beginning with the planning to the delivery, during the event and the collection in which you were all amazing to work with. I was not on site during the 2021 Christmas event but I heard it went really well which Is why I did stay throughout this year’s 2022 summer event and thought it was amazing and really fun with the variety of activities to take part in as well as the entertainment on show and not to mention the food which was on offer. Overall, it was pleasure working with you on both of these events and look forward to working on many more with you and your team. Kind regards Tom Cox Casablanca Marquees

GoogleIt has been our pleasure to work with HDWE for many years, designing and producing both their Christmas Lights Party and the Santa’s Grotto at the top of Marylebone High St They are a small but super organised and creative team, who really believe in building trusted relationships with suppliers - which makes them a dream to do business with. Their pragmatism and forward planning allows us to produce the best possible designs for their events. They are a lot of fun to work with too ! We are very proud and grateful to count HDWE as one of our clients, and look forward to working with them on future events!

GoogleOne year ago, my family and I moved from China to a property at Devonshire Place owned by the HDWE. We have many unforgettable memories living in this lovely flat in a high-quality community. Also, we are so blessed to have Greg Pappas as our residential manager, as he has arranged every one of our fixing requests promptly and helped us out with the accident damage to the carpet in the living room. His professional services have enhanced our experience tremendously with Howard de Walden Estate. I'd highly recommend them as a quality landlord and an ethical company to everyone planning to live in Marylebone.

GoogleI recently moved into an apartment owned by the Estate. The whole team at Howard de Walden were exceptionally professional, friendly and efficient. The whole process from viewing to moving in was seamless and I can’t express my appreciation enough for their support in making this happen so easily. The apartment is beautiful and so well maintained and clean. Moved in a couple of weeks ago and already feel at home. Thank you!! Ali

GoogleWe have been renting off HDWE for 5 years before buying our own place. I wouldn’t even consider renting off anyone else should I need to again. The services and support are excellent in hours and out of hours. We also had a great apartment manager called Frances and her and the entire team have always been on hand whenever we needed them. Thanks for everything. Clare & Lloyd

GoogleGood selection of potential properties. I was impressed by HdW trying to find a property that suited my circumstances, even though that took a few weeks. Great property in lovely position and in excellent condition. Empathetic and understanding landlords. Such a great area of London with a village feel to it. So glad we opted to look here.
