GoogleThe HDWE team has been fantastic, very efficient and professional. Alice, Katie and Nick are wonderful to work with. I can't thank Alice enough for finding me my ideal flat. Both the flat and building are maintained to a high standard. Definitely my best experience renting in London by far.

GoogleHoward de Walden is a role model for all landlords. Professional, helpful, and both quick and easy to deal with. They helped me relocate within the estate and the process was very smooth throughout. The flats are usually in great condition, and if they’re for different reasons aren’t renovated recently this will be reflected in a lower rent. One also has to mention the superb team working there: Poppy, Renata, Jasper, and Jess, just to name a few. Very happy to be a tenant for the foreseeable future and longer.

GoogleWe had the absolute pleasure of working together with Poppy, Alice, and Renata to find the perfect flat for me and my girlfriend. Everyone was extremely kind and personable, and the process from setting up the initial viewing to making the offer and moving in was very straightforward. What we especially appreciated was the 'realness' of both Poppy and Alice - beyond helping us let a property, we really felt they had our best interests in mind, and both were very transparent about the pros and cons of the property. Additionally, both were EXTREMELY quick at responding. Having viewed lots of houses in Marylebone, we were ultimately swayed by HDWE's expertise in the area. We have since moved into our flat and still keep in touch with the team. I can only highly recommend them. Thank you!!

GoogleI spent >10 years renting in Marylebone and HDWE do an amazing job of investing in the local area and activities, making Marylebone an incredible area to live in. My experience as a renter from HDWE was also largely positive - queries could often take a little longer than ideal to be responded to- but in the end would always be resolved, and there was always a member of the team on hand to help out. Very much hope to be back living in the estate at some point in the future!

The properties are of very good quality, well maintained and as described. Communication has been clear, professional, and friendly at all times. They also handled defects/issues at the property with great care and efficiency. Additionally, they are flexible and understanding when dealing with foreigners, which made the whole process much easier. Overall, a great experience that I would gladly recommend.

GoogleHaving recently moved to London, it was important to rent a flat from an established, professional landlord and I was fortunate enough to find a property owned by the Howard de Walden Estate. The flat was renovated to an extremely high standard and maintained perfectly. Katie was very helpful throughout the rental process which was efficient and seamless. Also, our Residential Manager, Jess, has been highly responsive and incredibly helpful. I strongly recommended Howard de Walden to anyone looking to rent a property in Central London. A great flat and fantastic management team!

GoogleHDWE tenant for 5 yrs. Best landlords I’ve ever had. They make you feel like family - you know the whole team by name. My residential manager Jasper Garnham always responded immediately and had a great bedside manner. Any issue got responded to same day. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Hope to rent from HDWE again

GoogleWe moved to London and chose HDWE as our landlords. We could not have asked for better service from Louise during the property search and during these last two years again could not have asked for a more responsive team on the Property Management both Wayne and Nick have been so helpful and eifficient, that even though we love spending time in Marylebone and could invest in our own property now , we are loath to buy a property as we would not have the HDWE team to support us. It really is wonderful to have their support, especially if you travel regularly and want your home to be safe and looked after. Thank you !

GoogleHoward de Walden have been amazing landlords! From move-in to move-out, they were always helpful. Their maintenance team is extremely responsive and having a personal contact to call or email when needed was always appreciated. We are now in the midst of moving from one of their properties to another as we’ve enjoyed their responsiveness and quality of their properties. Hard to switch to another landlord after such a great experience!
