GoogleAlice has been extremely helpful through the whole process of flat hunting. I highly recommend Howard De Walden Estate for anyone looking for a well managed property in Marylebone. The process was smooth and very easy and Alice was very attentive to my requirements.

GoogleWorked with HDWE to find a place to relocate to from the states and had an extremely positive experience! They are professional, super responsive, transparent and minimised the stress of moving across the pond without seeing any of the properties in person. Special shoutout to Alice who got back to me on my every request and was incredibly helpful throughout the process.

HdWE owns beautiful apartments throughout Marlylebone and together with Alice from the lettings team, we were able to find the most beautiful home for us. Alice has been lovely from the first interaction onwards, and its been great to have been working with her! Highly recommended in any regard.

First of all, the company has a good selection of properties. during the search, the service was very efficient, client-oriented, flexible in viewings, providing video viewings, where necessary. The staff of the company was bespokenly friendly, professional and helpful.

GoogleDeeply saddened to see a historic estate turn into a rogue landlord edging out elderly and vulnerable tenants whilst peddling the guise of community. Aside from their corporate favourites, most tenants live under the annual fear rents will become out of reach for them. Howard de Walden have mastered the art of perpetuating insecurity so that their longstanding tenants cannot feel at home.

Their team's helpful and pragmatic approach has been essential to us upgrading two Georgian properties on Wimpole Street to current specification, and equipping them with the latest in robotic automation. They've also proven themselves to be great hosts, convening useful networking events and leading international delegations which include guests and tenants from across their broad healthcare estate.
