GoogleSay goodbye to the dread of dealing with estate agents! Paul at Horton and Garton, was absolutely awesome to deal with. Super professional, helpful and communicative. From the minute we met him, (at a property we decided wasn't for us), he was understanding and supportive and not in the least bit pushy. He stayed in contact keeping us updated with new properties and being really transparent throughout. When we finally found our dream home he managed the competitive bidding situation honestly (we think!). We got the keys to our new house today and we can't wait to make it a home! Highly recommend H&G to anyone looking for a personable and stress-free sale or purchase.

GoogleWe found Paul to be a truly exceptional and helpful agent when he acted for us on the sale of our property. He excelled in keeping us up to date on requirements, progress, the level of interest, the timings of visits and in responding quickly to any queries we had. He was extremely professional and polite throughout, oversaw production of some excellent marketing, and provided strong but fair advice in relation to the valuation of the property. And he did all this for the same percentage as many other agents charge for a far inferior level of service! We thoroughly recommend him and in fact have already done so to several friends and contacts.

A few years prior to selling Paul had valued our flat with the potential at selling at a later date. He kept in contact, not being pushing and often say "hello' on the high road. His passion of Chiswick & honesty was a main factor with going with him. At all times he kept communication with the whole chain and helped when necessary to help move it along. GoogleI enquired about a property via Rightmove. I didn't view the property because the enquiry on right move was a very simple question about the lease. They then added my details to their database without consent (this is a GDPR breach). After this they then started emailing me about properties, once again, without consent. I emailed them in 2019 and after a back and forth they agreed to remove my details. Now that covid is over and they want sales they're now emailing me again. So they didn't have my consent and they didn't remove my details. I've now flagged them to the regulator because no company should be operating this way. Hopefully the regulator gives them a warning. Companies that deal with properties should take personal data seriously. This company clearly doesn'tNegativeProfessionalism

You were called by Jenn Irvine before 16:58pm on 11th September *2019 and also emailed details regarding the service charge and sent a WhatsApp. We were awaiting confirmed lease details from our client and you were sent a page of the leasehold document at 9:18am on 12th September *2019 confirming the lease length. I, Paul Cooney made the mistake in sending you a WhatsApp message with my contact details at 22:19pm on 11th September *2019. For that, I sincerely apologise. This was done in the hope of getting you out to view Adelphi Court, Park Road North, W4 with me. You replied with: You do know I never opted in to recieving your marketing messages?? But as a business you shouldn't be doing this at all. It's not a GDPR compliant process. Passing numbers around systems is not cool. You are of course right with the above feedback and I have jumped the gun for which again, I sincerely apologise. Your details remained our on database for property alerts and I again, sincerely apologise for that. I have removed your details this morning 9:08am 26th July *2020. We would love a second chance to help you find your next home; assuming you are still looking? As you can see in our 55 Google review count and 4.9 star rating; the customer experience and service is our highest priority and your feedback is very important to us. I have always received prompt service from them and they have always helped me over and above the standard requirements. I would particularly recommend Ashley, who sold me the house and who has assisted me since then in many ways, although all the team are very helpful.

I got exceptional help, and all sorts of extra support including links to local craftsmen, and 24/7 availability - expecially useful when negotiations got a touch fraught over a weekend.
