GoogleStay away from this company. I used them for 4 years. They continuously failed to pass on issues raised by tenants which has now caused me money and even bigger issues. I made a payment to a supplier they recommended for a roof repair. Home Made failed to let me know the repair never solved the issue, despite the tenants reaching out to them shortly after. They never passed on the emails from the tenants to me, which means we missed the window for the suppliers to go back out to rectify. They have taken the route of silence instead of owning up to their mistake and apologising. I will ensure they are held accountable for their negligence.

At Home Made, we have clear and effective processes in place, ones that work well when followed, and we communicate consistently with both landlords and tenants to ensure things stay on track. If there were any misunderstandings, we regret that they occurred, though it’s worth noting that successful outcomes often rely on cooperation from all parties involved. Accusations of negligence are serious and, in this case, unfounded. We’d encourage a more accurate reflection before making such claims publicly. Nevertheless, we remain available should you wish to resolve any outstanding concerns directly. We find that tends to be more productive than leaving one-sided reviews.

GoogleBe careful with Home Made Agency! They rush you into signing with them and seem amazing at the beginning, but once they get your money, they completely disappear. It feels like they sell you a dream but forget about you when you actually need help. I tried reaching out with follow-up questions, but they almost never replied. Even worse, when I went to their supposed office in London, there was no office! Very sketchy and unprofessional. I personally would not recommend them, as there are many other agencies that are far more professional and will get the job done much better. GoogleHome Made provided a prompt and efficient service, helping me find a suitable flat within a week. My viewing agent, Vanesa, was exceptionally friendly and approachable, making the process feel comfortable and less stressful. She was responsive to all of my questions, and Tommaso, the account executive, was also very helpful and quick to reply. When apartment hunting, it's important to have agents who genuinely care about your needs rather than just making a sale, and I’m pleased to say that Home Made delivered in this regard. While I can't speak to their property buying service, I would definitely recommend Home Made for renting. My advice to first-time renters is to take your time, ask all the questions you need, and don’t feel pressured to stick with an agent if they aren’t meeting your expectations, it’s crucial to have a smooth, relatively stress-free experience during your search.

GoogleRubbish agency. They’ll post properties with a purposely low monthly rent price for no reason whatsoever other than to waste peoples time. Then you call them, and they tell you that it’s a rent price reserved for ‘key workers’. Why not just state that already on Rightmove? Stop wasting people’s time.
