Elsa Ramsamy, staff of The Holland Properties reacted promptly to my request for fixing the curtains and bed issues for my tenants. Also, they found new tenants quickly in order to minimize the void period resulting in protecting my rental income. Certainly, the timely rent payments have been proved to be a great step.

I arranged to get a new EPC from Daniel Coleman at Holland Properties who visited me. Besides being very helpful and informative he discovered I still had an EPC from 2009 so I did not require another one. I want to thank him for being so open and honest.
