This Company are 100% professional and courteous and know the market inside out. We were very impressed with their service for both our rental and our house sale. Selling a property from the other side of the world on another time zone is never going to be an easy task but HG Property managed it seemlesly even when extreme and unforeseen circumstances caused our original sale to fall through, they had the property immediately back on the market and secured a matching offer from another interested party within days. Charlotte, in particular, provided incredible service to us. She consistently went above and beyond the call of duty and is a credit to HG Property. I would never use a big name over this boutique agency. Can't recommend them highly enough.

The most reliable, efficient and accommodating estate agents that I've worked with to date. I have used their services multiple times and find that they appropriately value both rental and sale properties. They vet tenants well and make the process of renting, letting and purchasing very simple and fluid. I've known James and Oli for several years now and both know the area they serve inside out, Charlotte has also made a valuable addition to the team.

H&G delivered a super result on the sale of my flat at Battersea Reach. They were thoroughly professional and a pleasure to deal with. I had been somewhat misguided previously by other agents on the value and they were straight forward and extremely knowledgeable, delivering a result that my wife and I were very pleased with. The real estate agent office is Fanstantic, people are helpful and professional, familiar with all the residential sites nearby as well as very reputable from Tennant point of view due to closely follow up issues. James and Charlotte are brilliant in terms of guiding via the whole process. Suggest also visit the company website to find out more lettings and selling.
