Great experience with Alex and H&G so I'd highly recommend! I was flat-hunting while living abroad and planning my relocation and Alex went above and beyond to take videos of the apartment and resolve any questions I had. The offer & referencing process was super smooth and what stood out for me having dealt with other agencies in the past, was the care and consistent comms and follow up that I experienced. They followed my application from offer to way after I'd gotten the keys/had moved in which made me feel reassured, especially as I was not in the UK when I started the process. Would highly recommend! Amazing treatment from Alex and great agency to work with.

To echo my wife's earlier review, our sale was not the easiest, to say the least, but Alex Brazier went above and beyond.... and then some!! H&G have been absolutely fantastic throughout the viewing, sale and post-sale stages of my property purchase. Alex was patient and extremely helpful along every step of the journey. He kindly let me view the property as many times as I wanted to before I chose to put in an offer (without applying any pressure at all), personally chased third parties daily for the necessary documents prior to exchange to facilitate my desired timeline (thereby taking the pressure off me) and was extremely responsive and professional at every step. Post-sale, Alex made sure I was happy and even popped round to help sort out a few minor technical water issues thanks to his knowledge of the building. I couldn’t recommend him and H&G highly enough - they definitely operate differently to any other estate agent I’ve ever come across, showing that they genuinely care about their clients. Showed us detailedly interior of the house as well as the facility of the estate so we could know more about the environment we are going to live around. As new Immigrant to UK, knowing not enough about the procedure of renting house, during the processing of offerings, they render their highest patience, tolerance and guidance in assisting us to fulfill related reference check and offering procedures. For tenancy agreement, without tendency to neither landlord nor tenant, it provides fair and sufficient protections to both landlord and tenant. Inventory check report is very comprehensively and intact. Quick response to equipment failure.

The worst experience ever! Never contact them again. The agent on the lone was super rude and disrespectful. He thinks if he works as a letting agent he is a king and has a right to treat others as nothing. I called to arrange a viewing, but he says as we are self employed he can not do it! For me it is nonsense as we are not middle working class people, but we have our own companies with people employed in it, and being treated as we are people who are not deserving even to show properties even when we said we can pay upfront. So unpleasant experience! So insulted
