GoogleJames and the team were excellent during my recent tenancy. They always picked up the phone, and dealt with things as quickly as possible. It was refreshing to have a human approach compared with dealing with bigger more well known letting agents. I wish them all the best.

GoogleHaving now moved out, I realise I was so lucky to be with H+G. You get a completely personalised service, and Charlotte is always there at end of an email or telephone, immediately responding to any issues. In fact I sold my apartment 2 years ago through them, and then continued to rent the same property from them. Selling was so easy, it was just one phone call and Oli had worked his magic. My new property management company have already shown how it should not be done, taking ages to reply and generally not very helpful or supportive - you are just one of hundreds of tenants each individual property agent has to look after (mine tells me she has 300!) H+G are just not like this, they are akin to a family, so accessible and easy to work with. I miss them already. If you are keen to rent or buy in the Battersea Reach area, try finding a property through them first.

GoogleWe have been with H&G for circa 3.5 years and used them to purchase our property and then let it for us. Oli assisted us in the purchase and then the letting side. The service that we received from Oli was excellent, he was knowledgeable, informative and approachable. Our day to day dealing is with Charlotte who is excellent and extremely efficient, always taking our needs and concerns into consideration and always keeping us updated on any issue that arises. H&G have been the best estate agent we have used in the last 20 year. Carol and William

GoogleSo I've been renting properties in the UK for over 12 years now and this company is by far the worst I have ever dealt with on any level. Rented a 2 bed apartment through them, moved in during the freeze of February and had no hot water in the flat for 7 days (paid 6 months rent in full ~15k). Bathrooms were also not working and Charlotte took ages to get them down to fix it. Then they charged me half my 6 week deposit to upgrade the flat with a new fridge. One of the worst experiences I had was them explicitly accepting a payment arrangement and then changing their mind after it happened, it caused me to travel back and revoke the payment from on overseas bank. All in all a nightmare. Unprofessional, rude, unhelpful, and crooks are the best adjectives I find to describe dealing with this shabby company. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE GUYS EVER. EVER. EVER.

GoogleH&G were a breath of fresh air when moving. I've rented in London for nearly 15 years so have encountered numerous agents and property management firms, the vast majority of which have been unhelpful to say the least. H&G have been excellent from day one. The whole process of moving into one of the flats at Orbis Wharf was smooth and painless. Any issues or queries were dealt with incredibly well and quickly. The staff are very understanding and try to resolve things as best as possible for all parties. Charlotte at the office is always incredibly polite, friendly and helpful, always willing to help with any items that do crop up.

Alex’s humble, honest, friendly and informative approach made me feel at ease throughout the process, from the house viewing till now. Both him and Hanna have been very quick and efficient in responding to my queries and they kept me informed throughout the process. By swiftly dealing with a few routine initial issues has proven to me that they are a very reliable team and reassured me I’ve made the right choice. Overall impressed !

GoogleIn the past I have had nothing but bad experiences with estate agents so I expected the same but I was very wrong to assume so. The team were incredibly responsive to any query I had, they performed daily due diligence to ensure everything was on track and most of all they gave me reassurance that they were in complete control of ensuring my best interest. I have nothing but gratitude for the the tremendous hard work that the agents put in and I cannot recommend highly enough whether you would be selling or buying through the agency.

GoogleAfter moving to London, we used H&G as they were advertising a property we liked the look of. We have had an excellent experience with Alex and Hannah throughout our tenancy. They have been attentive, informative and available for any queries/support required. H&G made our first year of living in London so easy and we were sad to move out but wanted to experience another area. We would definitely recommend H&G to anyone looking at a riverside property and we will be sure to use them again if we move back into the area.

GoogleI couldn’t recommend H&G more. It is the second time we are working with them as tenants and they have been efficient qnd reliable since the very first viewing. Very quick with replies, fast in issuing the tenancy documentation. We had some maintenance issues with the new flat and they straight away sent the engineer to fix all of them. They have also organised the perfect move in cleaning service, we have found the flat literally sparkling! Best estate agents found in London so far.

GoogleWe are currently tenants in a property managed by H&G. Without a doubt this is our best experience with an estate agent! From the moment, we organised a visit for a viewing, to the everyday communication, everything was always handled very professionally. What particularly stood out for me compared to any other agency was the immediate response, whether it was a plumbing issue or just a question on the rent, etc. H&G were always very friendly and never hesitated to get on the phone to resolve issues asap!

GoogleI meet the agent from H&G with my wife in the beginning of September as we were looking for new apartment. From the 1st viewing he understand what we wanted and he helped us to find the ideal apartment. After we agreed the rest of the team help us with all the procedures and they are vey close to any request we had ready to help and responding immediately . I recommend H&G 100% because they are professionals and the same time close to the client like a friend !

GoogleSuper professional and helpful company. I've been living in a flat managed by H&G for over 2 years and have nothing but the best to say about them. They have an online platform where we as tenants have our own account showing receipts, upcoming payments, and where we can log service issues etc. My contact person, Charlotte, is very responsive and a delight to speak with. Couldn't recommend them more!!
