GoogleGreat property portoflio but it ends there. Once they your money, the staff are hard to reach, not communicative and won't take initiative. You will have to chase them for updates, issues, and people responsible are rarely available to talk. One of the worst agencies to work with.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

this is by far the worst experience I've ever come across!! Its been 8 weeks since I left the property I was renting and I still haven't received my deposit! On top of that, my emails are being ignored! After being dealt with very well at first, it all went downhill and i'm incredibly disappointed by my current experience!

GoogleWanted to use them to find a new flat in the Rotherhithe area. Emailed a list of requirements, no response. Called them and was told I’d hear back from someone by the end of the week. Person on the phone was very rude and short with me. Haven’t heard anything nearly a month later. Unprofessional.
