GoogleAs a current tenant in a building where my apartment is managed by Hastings, I feel compelled to let others know just how awful the experience has been so far. Very unprofessional and expensive and they are now trying to steal my deposit making vague claims. Obviously writing 5 star reviews for themselves. As an absentee landlord, Hastings have managed my London flat for me for 8 or 9 years. The service has been efficient, prompt and courteous. I have never had a complaint about them from any of the tenants, nor have any problems arisen that Hastings has not solved in good time. There have been several changes in tenant and the flat has been relet efficiently.

Hastings has been our trusted agent since the first tenant moved into the newly erected building of 126 Westminster Road. We have left the management of our Flat entirely at their hands without problems. They are always at hand to resolve any problems as to refurbishment and re renting our flat.

We have lived in a hastings managed property for two years, no major issues all emails and contact are replied to in a timely manner and professionally, we did not have any issues with moving in, there have not been many repairs but maintenance needs are attended to in good time. We hope to have out moving out process as smooth as everything else!

Admittedly during the course of both tenancies, there were issues but they were always dealt with swiftly and accurately by their management team.
