TrustpilotService is excellent but v. v. expensive
The service is really good, they are on top of deadlines, have patience to explain things (Kay especially) over and over again to newbees like me. But the cost eats the margin of rental.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! They agreed on an offer on certain conditions and took a deposit. A few days later, they change conditions and refuse to give back deposit for changes that they have made on renting conditions!!

Terrible. Took over a month to arrange a viewing of properties they listed for sale. On the day we arranged to view, the agent did not turn up. AVOID for sales and lettings it seems.
