We've been with Hastings for decades. Their service is much improved over the last few years. If I had been writing a review a few years ago it would have been more like 1 or 2 stars. We are overseas owners, so it makes such a difference to have reliable, prompt service. Long may it continue!

GoogleIf I can leave 0 star I will do so, lousy agent service, Lee McDermott, and even made an offer for a property, still got ignored and didn’t respond. Rather keep my money to buy properties with other company. Please avoid.

Hastings is a well managed company and have let and managed my property for almost 30 years. Kay has managed my lettings recently and acted in a timely manner. Jason has resolved a number of issues with the utmost professionalism, saving me a lot of headaches as an overseas landlord.

I have rented through Hastings twice, my first tenancy lasted 2 years and the other 1 year, 6 months. Admittedly during the course of both tenancies, there were issues but they were always dealt with swiftly and accurately by their management team. During my first tenancy my property manager were Jason Gunns, however for the second, it was Denise Bonner.Sarah T

GoogleThe property management team were so slow at responding via email and difficult to get a hold of. Had to email 5x to get a response. No one would ever call me back despite multiple requests and leaving messages. The team in the London Bridge office were great but severely let down by the property management team.

I have been dealing with Kay and Jason for many years and have always found them to be very helpful and approachable. They have always managed to help me secure reasonable rent figures and have always attended to any maintenance issues in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend to others. Great team and great company.
