GoogleHuge praise for Jonah Schiller. A previous rental we had arranged through another agency collapsed (no fault of the other agents) and we were left with nowhere to go and a house to vacate in short order. Jonah worked tirelessly to secure the flat we have now moved into, despite having very little time to play with and a number of obstacles that he had to work hard to resolve on the route. we would not have had a roof over our heads without his help - I cannot praise him highly enough.

GoogleWe were very pleased with the guidance and service that we received from the Hamptons Muswell Hill Sale team. They really seem to know the needs of potential buyers and we were able to get multiple good offers even at the 'pre-launch' stage. When an unexpected issue arose with our original buyer's chain, they were very quick to act and helped us securing new offers and a different buyer very quickly. Natalie, James, and Daniel also worked perfectly as a team, and we could tell that they all know what was going on with our case and worked closely as a team. Daniel, who was our main contact towards the end of our transaction, also went extra mile to ensure that all parties involved were informed and satisfied. This made the whole experience a lot less stressful for us, and we really appreciated his extra communication and hard work. Thank you Hamptons team!

This included those first few days when we moved in, as she seamlessly handed over to her lettings management team which came from her genuine desire to help. Her experience both in the industry & from other industries really contributed to solving any unforeseen issues the process can throw up along the way & we are truly grateful & thoroughly recommend her.

GoogleWhat a pleasure the entire Muswell team have been. Dan in particular has ensured a seamless, stress free experience going above and beyond liaising with all parties in the chain. No detail has been too much whether it’s fighting for parking space or even discussing limescale on showerheads 😂 He’s been attentive to all the priorities important to the client to ensure a happy sale and purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend the entire team.

GooglePoppy at Hamptons was amazing from start to finish. We initially asked to view a property that had just sold, but instead of turning us away, she invited us to see another home that hadn’t even hit the market yet, and it turned out to be the one. She completely understood what we were looking for and made the whole experience feel easy and exciting. Couldn’t recommend her more.
