Very professional approach and use of initiative without which this deal certainly wouldn’t have happened. Despite best endeavours of sellers conveyancer to screw up the sale. Wouldn’t get involved in any residential transaction in future unless the other side use qualified solicitor. Avoid cheap conveyancers!! You get what you pay for.

We needed to arrange several repeat visits to the property between exchange and completion to help with builders and Chris was accommodating and helpful in the extreme.
