I bought a flat with Greene and Co 7 years ago, and even back then they were noticeably different to other agents, and ensured the sale proceeded well for reasons other than their fee. I have also worked with them to find tenants a few times now. Again: their professionalism and approach sets them apart. There really is no competition: in W9 use Greene and Co!
