We had a problem with lack of heating shortly after we started renting through Hamptons. Rebecca in the Cirencester office was really helpful: she called first thing and made arrangements for it to be sorted out straightaway, and the problem was fixed within a few hours. This was excellent service and makes me feel confident about the management of any further queries in the future.

Having purchased a property through Hamptons, Guildford, Surrey, I cannot fault the excellent customer service we received. We were looked after by Stuart Pavey and Simon Jordan. Communication was excellent and their people skills second to none. They worked incredibly hard for their client and kept the deal moving to exchange/completion. Our flat is professionally managed by Hamptons with our lead contact being Amy Goldstein who is extremely diligent in addressing issues with the flat. While something many of us take for granted, it is comforting to know when an issue arises it will be efficiently addressed.

Excellent service, above and beyond what was necessary to manage the sale of our house (and my gosh what a lot was necessary). I can’t recommend them highly enough, if you have to pay an estate agent fee then you can’t begrudge paying it to Hamptons. Hard working, honest and always there to help smooth things along. She listened to my needs, found an amazing flat, helped me navigate a very different system and. demanding landlord, saw solutions instead of problems and kept her head cool when I was frustrated;) Victoria truly stands out in this sector! Trustpilot10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
This agency is absolutely awful and unprofessional. I was scheduled for a viewing an hour and half away from my home spent loads of money trying to get to the showing and when I arrived I was stood up and left without any communication. Reaching out to them to explain what had happened I heard no response or anyone trying to mend the mistake. DO NOT LET through them.
