GoogleMy general experience with Haart has been pretty lacklustre however Jennie has been the one redeeming factor. After months of what can really only be described as a shambles of miscommunication, she came in and took over correspondence about our tenancy and instantly understood the problem and worked an immediate effort towards a solution. She has always been very understanding and rational and has gone to great lengths to ensure the continuation of our tenancy and resolution of the balance of our account. I would go as far as to say she is the best employee I’ve ever dealt with at Haart and probably the only agent I would like to deal with in the future.

GoogleVery professional service from Haart. Raj was efficient, courteous and punctual (very important in my book!) and made sure our viewings ran as smoothly as possible. If he was unable to answer any of our questions he clarified the info we needed and got back to us very promptly. I would recommend this estate agents wholeheartedly.

Again recently they have lived up to expections regarding a Letting, the team led by Clint, with Colin and Patirck, have worked hard to get me a v swift Let with lovely Tenants. Clint is always easily available and full of helpful advice and common sense! JM

GoogleI received good communication with Shakira throughout my rental process, everything was explained in detail. She was able to solve some minor issues during the tenancy signing agreement and put me at ease as I needed a property quickly as my move date was coming up. Very happy with the result and highly recommend Haart.
