GoogleClint, Patrick, Jenny and the team have been extremely helpful, accommodating and totally on the ball when it came to letting my flat. Within 24 hrs of receiving the keys from me they had taken the photos and tenants were found within a matter of days. The completion of the tenancy procedures was pretty straightforward and the tenants moved in 2 weeks later. A really good service from a friendly, professional team.

GoogleLiving abroad and renting out your property can be challenging. To be honest I haven't had the best experience with Haart as before Jennie my emails were not answered, invoices would suddenly arrive and I didn't know why. In general the communication was complicated. However, since Jennie has been managing my property it has been an excellent service. I really appreciate her rapid response in emails. Thank you

GoogleI've been working with the team at Haart for a few years now. They look after a property in Brixton for me and have recently taken on a unit in Sydenham too. What a brilliant team. The in-branch people are brilliant (Thank you Jess in Brixton and Clint in Dulwich!)and Jennie and the team on the management side are super efficient. Can't recommend highly enough.

GoogleThey never answer the phone, ever. This has been going on for years now. They apologise and say they have a new team now, yet the same outcome everytime. No answer, then I have to travel to the branch in person and there are people sitting there.

GoogleTerrible, terrible service. We rented a property that was fully managed by Haart East Dulwich for two years. In that time we filed two formal complaints, one of which the regional manager had to step in and pay us compensation due to the teams poor communication and negligence. We had several property managers during our time at the property, due to staff turnover. Our latest complaint we reported was due to several members of the Haart team telling us to pay different amounts for our last month of rent and despite us asking for clarification and confirmation, Haart tried to charge us for ‘late arrears’ after we had paid them the full amount they told us to. I can only recommend communicating with the Haart team through email so that there’s traceability, as they never stick to their promises and deadlines so it’s good to have a trail through email rather than over the phone. Carlo the regional manager was great though, and so was Jan Kurek. 👍🏼 Overall from my experience, in future I would actively avoid living in a property that is managed by Haart even if it’s a property with a great offer, and even if it’s managed by another branch of Haart. We’ve had such a poor experience with this branch that we couldn’t risk being managed by Haart again. We certainly wouldn’t seek to use Haart to manage any future properties we might own.

GoogleI was very happy with service I received from Raman Kalsi. I arranged to view a property which he organised swiftly and efficiently. We were met at the property and show around. I was very struck by his warm rapport with the seller. He also took time to find out what we were looking for and did his best to find suitable properties for us to view. We found him very professional with a warm and approachable manner. He was knowledgeable about the property market in the area we were looking in, and we found his advice helpful
