I recently had an issue and required some very important information urgently. I reached out to my Haart property manager but unfortunately they were not available. Jan Kurek stepped in was able to provide a quick turn around with the information I needed. I was pleaseantly surprised as is normally not always the case with Haart, but in this situation, Jan kept me informed all through the process until informaton I needed was obtained. It was the first time I had communicated with Jan on anything, he proved how professional he was in every question I asked and in the level of customer service provided. Thanks Jan! keep doing what you are doing.

Be very cautious dealing with Danny Grey (Haart Regional Manager). At first, he appears responsive and committed, answering calls, showing up, and making commitments. But when a better deal arises, he avoids calls and emails, disappearing completely without any explanation or apology. Do not trust verbal commitments from him. This was our first-hand experience, and it’s shocking that this behaviour came from Haart’s regional manager. If this is the standard at management level, it raises serious questions about Haart’s integrity as an estate agency.

Natalie Black is my property manager for two Camberwell properties. She's always quick to get back to me and gives a professional and personable service. I've had some issue with my boiler service provider- Hometree- and she's been really helpful in getting this sorted, liaising with them and with tenants and getting gas safe checks booked in time. They say moving house is one of the most stressful things you ever do, but the Haart’s team really helped to destress the whole thing. Adrianna, Bahar, Nick and Tim did a fantastic job of selling our house - securing 6 offers after just one (packed) weekend of viewings. They then worked with the bidders to secure us a final sale price well over asking price (more than earning their fee!). Then all through the process Adrianna kept in touch up and down the chain and with solicitors and ensured everything went smoothly. Tim even brought the keys of our new home to us and gave us a lovely welcome pack. Would happily use them again.
