We purchased our house though Haart at stratford, and I cannot fault the team. They worked really hard to find a property which was suitbale for us and then went out of their way to help us get into the property on the compleation date so we werent homless! We love our new home and will be inviting the team over to see what we have done with it when its all finshed. Would really reccomend the team to all my freinds and family! I recently have has a bad experience and felt extremely unhappy with Haart Stratford with a staff member, i felt their commutation was poor and not acceptable. After lodging my complaint with the Manager Daniel, I felt really expressed the way they dealt with my query and the professionalism they showed. I would recommend anyone who is looking to use Haart’s to buy or sell their property to use Daniel. I would certainly be seeking Daniels help for my property search.

Worst letting agency ever. They Never replied to emails and phone calls. They are super unprofessional , leaving tenants in poor condition and trying to keep their deposit at the end of the tenancy with incredible excuses. Its such a shame that agencies like this are still able to operate in this country. AVOID THEM!

He dealt with all my queries very professionally and took his time so I could understand how it all works. He did what he said by emailing the evaluation in writing and kept in contact.
