GoogleIncompetent at best. Zed booked three different people to view a property at the same time and did not show up for the viewing. We managed to speak to the current tenants who confirmed that Haart was only authorised to book viewings starting at the end of November or early December as there was work to be done at the flat and they were in the process of packing. I called Haart and left two messages. It’s now an hour after the viewing was due to take place and I have not had a call back.

GoogleWe reported our fridge and dishwasher were out of function a month ago by email and phone calls. The agent who managed it PROMISED to send us the repairers to check it. We patiently waited until now, NO ONE has come to do anything. The agent did call and promised again she is seeing out on this. We were on the hope someone is coming. Another week of waiting ,unfortunately, we found that the agent is on maternity leave without noticing us who is responsible for the issues. In this period of forever waiting, 3 bottles of milk, 2 packs of butter, 1 cheese, 2 bottles of spaghetti sauce became stale in less than 2 days. If anyone wants to live in a historic primitive house with NO basic fridge, I would recommend this agency to any potential tenants and property owner!
