I let a property through Haart Wimbledon recently. The service provided was very friendly and helpful overall. I did get frustrated once or twice in the process when I felt they didn't advise us of other options when we encountered some challenges and I found myself having to rely on Chtgpt to find them. Nevertheless, I found the those who helped us in particular Perdita Carter - Rowe were really kind and cared a lot.

The property managers are knowledgeable and helpful, and very professional in handling tenant queries, repair & maintenance and the checking in and out of tenants. haart has been managing my property for the past two tenancies and my experience has been mixed. On the very positive side, Emily has been incredibly attentive during the marketing and search for new tenants. She has been hands-on in helping us prepare our property for the next tenants. On the negative side, we've encountered challenges in the management of the ending tenancy. The team have been unresponsive at times which have left us in the dark on what is transpiring with the property. They were delayed in sharing check out reports and did not conduct a proper inventory making it difficult to manage the preparation for new tenants.

We had such a positive and refreshing experience with Haart. Emily was our agent and showed us around a property that we later went onto secure. Emily was very friendly, authentic and approachable in person. There was a 2 month gap between viewing and our move in date and Emily has been so responsive and efficient with all the paperwork and various queries we had. Probably the best experience I've had with a lettings agent and we feel very reassured that Emily is our contact once we become tenants. Can't fault the service we've had, thank you!

I have been using Haarts Lettings Wimbledon for a few years. Recently, a new property manager has taken over my property, Aliya Charnley. I have had a few property managers since using Haarts, and since Aliya has taken over my life has been a lot easier. Aliya is very professional and looks after all matters with the tenants, repair issues and generally any query I have. As a professional landlord, she is one of the most competent and knowledgable letting experts I have come across. She’s an asset to the company, and would not hesitate her to anyone thinking of using Haarts.

My experience with Haart has been one of the best I've had with agents. They work swiftly and professionally, and made me feel like a very valued customer. As well as that, I'd like to give special praise to all the agents in the branch, especially Thanzil, who made sure that the viewings were conducted in a Covid safe manner. Compared to other companies I've had viewings with other agents where there were absolutely no safety precautions at all, so it's good to see how seriously Haart are taking the situation.

Whilst Haart were supportive and guided me through the letting process sadly the same attention to detail was not given to the condition of the property. There are numerous uneven floor tiles that have delaminated yet the Inventory report shows the condition as GOOD. The condition of the ceiling was also given a rating of GOOD, but black mould is present. The bedroom door handle is missing. The shower hanger has detached from the wall. The tumble dryer does not work. Basin sink blocked. I found it peculiar that the estate agent handed the keys to me outside of the property and quickly left, I suppose he did he did not want to inherit someone else’s issues. All The above defects were raised on the first day that I moved in, the the same issues were raised again using Haart defect portal, still no response. Have a great day.
