I had an absolutely dreadful experience with this company. Practically every piece of information provided turned out to be false, and the overall standard of service was abysmal. The affiliated companies they collaborated with for referencing only added to the chaos, and the team's utter lack of responsiveness left us in an extremely stressful situation, particularly as our move date approached. Despite persistent efforts to follow up, the referencing application ended in failure, we knew this was a possibility but we did not know we have would have to beg for a response to even be told it had failed, the subsequent process was an absolute nightmare. It took an additional 2+ weeks and a formal complaint to head office to finally retrieve our holding deposit, which was initially promised without delay but faced numerous inexplicable delays with inconsistent false explanations. The situation became so dire that I seriously contemplated taking legal action, resulting in significant stress. I strongly advise steering clear of this company due to their unprofessional conduct and apparent prioritisation of commission over customer satisfaction. I’d exercise caution when reading their other reviews as they are mostly fake. I expect another new lying inconsistent excuse will be provided if there’s a response to this review

Dont trust all the positive reviews. Bradley treated me in a terrible manner, calling my name unnecessarily often shouting at me every time like a boss, even though I was staying nice all the time. After two calls with him, I decided to cancel all the viewings today. I got a feeling that he's only nice to British? Fantastic.

Their market knowledge was impressive, as were the market statistics and comparisons discussed during our first meeting.
