GoogleHannah was Very rude and unprofessional with lack of knowledge.
We are sorry that you felt it was rude to explain that our landlords do not accept housing benefit tenants however Hannah is always incredibly pleasant and professional at working and was merely following company procedures.

GoogleBooked us in for a viewing confirmed it with 2 texts to us and a phone call the morning of the viewing and then cancelled it without telling us. My partner arrived at the property and had to find out from the tenant that there were no more viewings that day. Complete waste of time.
Dear Kelly we are sorry to hear about your experience, we have passed on your complaint on to the manager who will do a full investigation and get back to you. The manager said: The applicant was booked in at 2pm on Saturday. The tenant Annie of the property were made aware there were two time slots of viewings on Saturday. The applicants partner knocked on the door, Annie had left for work and Annie’s partner was not aware of the second set of viewings so refused the access to the applicant. Chanade was at another property and was filling in an offer form which is why one of the negotiators were running late to the appointment so that’s why they weren’t there when they arrived. We have since called and apologised to Kelly.

GoogleWe've used Goodfellows twice now and they have been great. It was mainly Jack who helped us with the sale of our property and did an amazing job getting us over the line on 30 June, despite some issues with solicitors - Jack did all he could to fight our corner to get it through before the end of the stamp duty holiday and despite what must have been huge amounts of pressure on his shoulders at the time, remained calm, responsive and reassuring. He was consistently on the ball throughout the process and very diplomatic. Tony gave us some great advice when we were considering putting our property back on the market, and our experience of him has been super too and was the reason we wanted to go back to Goodfellows a second time. Thank you guys for all your help!

GoogleWe had a lovely experience with Goodfellows! Me and my partner couldn't be there in person but we really wanted to look at the flat we had seen. We managed to organise so that my in-laws went and saw it and we had a videocall with them. We had Jess who showed us around and was super helpful and fun to talk to. Thank you for the help! :)

I found the quality of the service overall to be excellent .. the communication was first class and my late mother’s house was sold so quickly at the price we wanted. GoogleDealt with them back in 2014 when I was property hunting and they were so rude, now they leaflet drop at my house telling me they can market my property…Er get lost, no way would I ever let this lot make money off me!

GoogleWe have had a really great experience with Goodfellows as managing agents for the property we rented through them this year. They were very quick to respond to any issues we needed addressing at the property. Kerry in particular was really helpful, especially when our heating and hot water stopped working and the boiler tenancy service we used was quoting a 3 day wait. She managed to call up and get an engineer out to us the next day which was much appreciated, especially with two very small children! Would highly recommend them.

GoogleWe first began talking to Goodfellows back in March when we had just emptied my Mum's Bungalow. At this point we received advice from Sharmila about getting an Electrical survey done BEFORE we embarked on the refurbishment. What a good thing we did, as the whole property required re-wiring and we would have had to start again on redecorating once the walls had been channeled out for the new wiring. As lockdown also came into play during this period, progress was slow but Sharmila stayed in touch throughout. Once we had agreed to go with Goodfellows on a Sole basis, everything moved very quickly and within a few days we had two above asking price offers. Our new Tenant moves in just two weeks after the property went on the market. In this period I have continued to speak to Sharmila, but both Ryan and Barbara in particular worked hard on finding suitable tenants. All the staff I have spoken with at Goodfellows have been extremely professional, good at getting back to me, and have kept me informed throughout - I can't recommend them enough.

GoogleBeen dealing with Barbara (2019/20) . Sharmila, Kanik, Ryan and Jordan for over a year now. Great guys to work with keeps you updated every time and always welcoming when making a visit to the office or during any phone calls. Would recommend them for landlord or rental purposes.
