GoogleI appointed Goodfellows in late June and had tenants installed by mid August. Sharmila and Jordan worked very hard to get me my tenants. Due to being overseas at the time of appointment, I opted for the full managed service and the team was able to organise some work on the property at short notice and get the tenants installed for me.

GoogleI moved to a flat recently, but were looking at properties for a long time. Emmanuel from Goodfellows was so helpful and professional, answering our phone calls and questions before we moved in. The flat is good and the area is very calm with plenty of shops and underground station nearby! So much greener, and quieter areas around too, and much more affordable! Emmanuel has done a good job.

GoogleRecently rented a property with the help of Goodfellows and it has been an excellent experience up to this point. Sharmila, Kamilla and Tayler have been a great help getting the property ready, sourcing tenants and managing the move in. I have no reason to think that this level of service won't continue throughout the management of the tenancy period.

GoogleFabulous service from Liz, Larraine and Grant who got us asking price for our property within 24 hours and fought tooth and nail to get the transaction through and persuade our seller to break the chain so we could just get things done. They worked really hard, were always responsive and were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

GoogleBooked us in for a viewing confirmed it with 2 texts to us and a phone call the morning of the viewing and then cancelled it without telling us. My partner arrived at the property and had to find out from the tenant that there were no more viewings that day. Complete waste of time.

Dear Kelly we are sorry to hear about your experience, we have passed on your complaint on to the manager who will do a full investigation and get back to you. The manager said: The applicant was booked in at 2pm on Saturday. The tenant Annie of the property were made aware there were two time slots of viewings on Saturday. The applicants partner knocked on the door, Annie had left for work and Annie’s partner was not aware of the second set of viewings so refused the access to the applicant. Chanade was at another property and was filling in an offer form which is why one of the negotiators were running late to the appointment so that’s why they weren’t there when they arrived. We have since called and apologised to Kelly.

GoogleWorst estate agent that I have ever liaised with. Before we decided to rent the flat they overpromised many thing such as: redecorating and fixing the wall full of mould. For 1 year they have been sending different people/companies to "fix" the problem - nothing happened. Closer to end of the contact they just said they want us to move out.
