GoogleFahimah at Golden Eagle International has been the most competent, reliable, professional, and genuinely lovely agent I’ve dealt with in a long time. Her efficiency and communication were exceptional throughout. The agency truly offers the best rooms at the best prices in central London, and the service she delivered was nothing short of excellent. Highly recommended.

GoogleI don’t usually write reviews but George was absolutely great to work with, I was having a hard time looking for a flat and I fell in love with one of the flats George showed me and he helped me through the whole Process. He was above and beyond when it came to information and kept pushing for things to work out. He was amazing to say the least. Had the pleasure of working with him. Thank you George lamb !PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleA truly wonderful experience with Maria. She was quick to respond, cooperative, punctual, helpful with some needs, and welcomed us warmly. The service and hospitality were excellent. She explained all the details of the apartment, and it was indeed excellent in terms of location and cleanliness. .Special thanks to Ms. Maria

GoogleAwful agency. Once you’ve signed your tenancy they treat you like dirt. Renters avoid at all costs. Just had a reply saying I left the house in a terrible state. I paid for a full deep clean including carpets of the house as well as a gardener to ensure there were no issues when I left. They still fabricated reasons why I owed them money which was ludicrous. This scumbag agency are liars and crooks. Do not rent from them as they will rip you off. Landlords - find another agency where the staff have some morals.

THIS IS A FAKE REVIEW - REQUESTED BY WALTER GUMINA Paola - the only scumbag here is YOU. we have ample evidence you are linked to Walter, you have never ever lived, or stayed with us in any of our properties and the only LIAR and CROOK is yourself. our properties are all hard wood or marble flooring and we DO NOT have gardens. if you are going to write a fake review at least make it correct #SCUMBAG. this review has been screenshot so if you try to change it we can evidence it along with the rest of the court paperwork.

GoogleMy fiancee and I were looking for a flat in March. We stumbled onto a property managed by GEI. Our interest led us to Joe, who supported us through the whole (successful) process. It is rare to see such a high level of commitment, responsiveness and kindness. Joe was super professional and helpful. I wish him and his agency all the very best. I will not hesitate to contact him in the future!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Google*** SCAM ALERT *** They scammed me & my flatmate by taking security deposit of £9000 and never gave us back. They scam international students by kicking them out of the house first without proper explanation and after that never gave our money back.
Agent replied · 12 January 2025
This is a fake review - no name - locked account - 1 other review - deposits are held with the TDS and cannot be taken without an adjudication - you can also not be “kicked out” if you have a tenancy in place. If this is real, please confirm which property you were in, and post copies of your tenancy agreement and correspondence where we stole your deposit. This is fake and lies

GoogleHad a pleasant stay here for a month. The staff were all very friendly especially the reception staff (Mr. Peter and Mr. Sam) both were always courteous. Rooms were were spacious, comfortable and the kitchen was pretty decent as well. In future I would certainly stay again due to the good experience and its location.
