GoogleIt's our first time to buy a property. James and his colleagues provided exceptional service to us in our search for our dream home. As we viewed more and more properties, we have got clearer picture what kind of home we are looking for, he had been patient to our ever-changing requirements. The number of properties listed on Go View was also good, we had a lot of properties to view, each with different characteristics. Each time we view a new property coming from James' recommendation, it gets better and better each time. It was a friendly and wonderful experience to use their professional service. 100% recommended!

GoogleVery unprofessional, cold and "scatter-brained" staff. The stories I have dealing with this Lettings Agency are far too numerous. Living requirements are not taken into consideration; they will waste your time by being habitually late, disengage immediately when asked pertinent questions about the property and otherwise outright lie. Prospective tenants are nothing more to them than a commission. My wife and I renewed with our landlord (GoView, unfortunately acted as mediators) and months later, we're still receiving phone calls and emails regarding our interest in moving house. Furthermore, their mediation only hindered the entire process, again providing misinformation and convoluting simple requests/queries.

GoogleGreat experience to get this sale completed. Marketing of the property right at the start was excellent. Helyn had a very proactive approach to getting this sale over the line. Her communication was excellent and she kept me up to date at every turn. She was extremely professional and friendly. Always available to answer questions. Patient and understanding from start to finish and definitely went the extra mile. Overall, the GoView experience was fantastic. Well done !

GoogleVery good service from both the rental and sales teams. I found Chris and Donald very honest, straightforward and human, and happy to offer the benefit of their experience. The rental team have found me consistently great tenants. I recommended Go View to my brother when he was looking for a flat to rent. Rebecca was great in offering them a good choice of affordable decent places. And Adam and Michael have worked hard to bring round good quality buyers when I put the flat on the market recently. As always they're a pleasure to deal with - professional and easy to talk to. Thanks team!

GoogleJesal was very quick and helpful when providing with property details. We managed to hear about it prior to it being officially posted on property lettings websites, scheduled a quick viewing. The process of making offer and getting the property was very thorough, everything was explained step by step. Our questions were answered quickly when asked and we were happy and satisfied with all the answers and services.

GoogleWe're in the process of working with GoView on buying a house, and can recommend them without reservations. They were prompt, informative, helpful, and not aggressive in their approach. In particular, I'd like to mention James, who actually listened to our requirements, suggested properties that made sense, and moved things along very efficiently.

GoogleBefore Go View reply 'we have checked our records and can't find a customer with your name...', I will ask, why would somebody post using their real name? I had a brief tenancy with Go View, they were hopeless. Rented a property with Go View, it had a mouldy mattress, over bearing landlord, oven didn't work properly, the property was damp, and there were several other issues. In short, avoid this company like the plague and don't believe all the positive reviews. I've made numerous reviews on Google, I give positive feedback where deserved and negative feedback where deserved. Go View certainly deserve my negative feedback and I would urge everybody to avoid this company.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleRebecca McCarthy from Go View London is really nice and helpful. We were really short of time and Rebecca was able to provide all the information about how to process further, which let to a quick signing of the contract and a quite quick moving in. She is super nice, she always tried to satisfy our requests, she answered to my rambling texts and emails very quickly even during the weekend! As we all know finding a place in London is literally a nightmare, we’ve been looking for the right place for like a month with any luck. Thank we met Rebecca who was really supportive and she finally gave us peace of mind (thanks a ton for that!). Also now that we already moved in she’s still available for every information/question we have! Other member of of the staff were involved and they were helpful as well.
