GoogleWord of warning to those considering renting through GoView -- don't do it! We have just ended a year-long litigation process with this estate agency following the end of our tenancy.
For many years we rented through GoView. When we didn't have to deal with their property management team, we were quite content. However, things went sour when a property we rented was managed by the GoView and not the landlord directly.
The team was unresponsive, belligerent, and dishonest. We experienced numerous issues throughout our tenancy, from mice in the flat to no heating for a month (during winter) to broken white goods that went unrepaired. Not to mention the lack of respect for our privacy and quiet enjoyment of our home, verbal attacks, and unchecked aggression.
Despite attempts to escalate matters to Bryan Light, he remained spineless and silent on matters. Fortunately, we knew our rights (and the law) and refused to give in to their bullying tactics. Joanna in particular is a nasty piece of work and should not be in a client-facing role. With no real experience outside of GoView, the title of "Head of Property Management" is meaningless.
Overall, a terrible experience that could have been avoided if GoView employed an ounce of professionalism and morality.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAs tenants, Go View have been very responsive in sorting out any issues we have had with our rental house. Mari in particular has given us a great service, quickly getting an engineer in to fix the hob when it stopped working, always staying in touch throughout the process and keeping us to date.
Michael was also great during the lettings process, very professional but friendly and the whole moving in process went smoothly.

GoogleBooked a viewing and address provided was not leading me to the property. Contacted the agency several time to get support. No answer to any email or call done and no call from them despite being already late for the viewing. I commute 1h to see the property to then leave without seeing it. I emailed the person that booked this for me to inform about the situation, as she was off I did not expect any answer on that day but perhaps a follow up email with an apologies for the lack of support and the waste of time. After almost 20 days I received an email asking if I was still looking for a property. Honestly if I was I would not use your letting agency. Very poor customer service and careless agents.

GoogleWe recently bought a flat using Go View. They are excellent estate agents. However, we wanted to highlight the service you also get once your offer is accepted. Helyn at GoView was a key player in us trying to exchange and complete on our chain. She chased up the whole chain and kept us updated throughout. She also went above and beyond especially when our convenyancing firm (unfortunately) were delaying things. Her tenacity basically saved us a lot of money that we were hemorrhaging on a weekly basis.

Never followed up with me for 2 days after I sent the deposit or 2 pre contract agreements which mean nothing to them which we spoke on the phone, documents I returned paid and signed within an hour ?.
- Never finalised sale it or even followed up to tell me different..
- 2 weeks later no response back or money returned
A disgrace being honest never seen anything like it can't put it into words extremely disappointing!.

We run an exceptionally busy, independent estate agency. It is a system that administers hundreds of tenancies a year and works exceptionally well in the main with little or no complaints - as you can see from the reviews on this platform. It is a system that automates refunds within 3 working days, and this involves only a couple of interactions with a colleague to administer the payment return. Upon a feedback meeting with the colleague responsible it was decided that estate agency was not the career for them and they have moved on.
We can only apologise for the distress caused to you on this occasion, it's not how applicants are dealt with in the vast majority of cases, but rest assured we have learned from the experience.

They are so unprofessional, disrespectful and rude when it comes to customer service or after sale service mainly because of their secret profit and commission. They don’t even want to have a face to face conversation with their clients and treat you with rude manners over the phone. They don’t care about customers rights. I wouldn’t strongly suggest anyone to go through goview state agent as they treat their clients unfairly. They will put their rights and interest ahead of their clients which is absolutely unacceptable. They are so helpless and useless. They are absolutely dishonest and doing unfair trading as a state agent. They are not transparent with their clients in the beginning of any type of contract due to their secret profit and commission. They just want to tide their customers into contract without highlighting any important part of their agreement due to their interests. Anyone who’s dealing with this state agent or will going to deal with them needs to be vigilant 100% . They create significant imbalance in the rights and obligations of the parties due to their interests. They are biding their clients into a contract where they have a choice to whether or not to perform their obligations.

GoogleI was asked by the agent for an instant transfer before i can make an offer. My offer got excepted by the landlord. I got an email confirmation for acceptance of the offer.
Goview do not honour the holding deposit and they do not refund the amount as instantly as they recieved the funds. When i complained the agent responded by stating that some one has offered more. I asked why was it still on the market after I was told it will be off the market he responded to say it is the nature of the beast.
I said i wanted can i have money back they said sorry takes longer to give it back then to take it.
