Not a single complaint. Not one. Me and my partner came across a property listed on Zoopla through the agency and called straight away, they were honest, friendly and approachable and the whole team are such lovely people. Whenever we had a question or an issue there was no problems or hesitations it was answered or seen too immediately. The paperwork was comprehensive and quick. The flat itself had seen better days due to poor treatment by the previous tennant but we were assured by the time we moved in it would be perfect, and it really was. We both couldn't recommend Glenthorne enough!! Thanks to the team me and my boyfriend have settled well into the area and our move in was as stress free as a move can get!! Thankyou so much to the whole team, you made us feel welcome and have provided us with a flat that can feel like home, something other agencies struggle to do when renting (they can also recommend some really good restaurants in the area, perfect for celebrating a new set of keys in!)

Had really unpleasant management experience. Replacement of a broken tap took over a week leaving us without shower. Needed to daily chase the lady responsible, Hannah Brasch, for updates who was constantly lying, using offensive tone at the end. Very unprofessional, would not recommend.
