GoogleHi Kieran/Joe & Team, I tend to be vocal when we do not receive what we expect as a reasonable level of service. I also want people to know that we can provide feedback when we have had a very positive customer experience. The last 2-3 days regarding moving quickly on approvals and move in for a new tenant fall into this category without question. There has not been a single minute where I felt every one of the team was doing anything short of their utmost to get things done quickly and thoroughly for both ourselves (as landlord) and also the incoming tenant. Thanks to everyone, visible or otherwise, who has contributed to making this an extremely positive customer experience.

GoogleHorrendous management of tenant maintenance requests, takes 5 emails to get a response from them. Try and charge extortionate fees upon move out. AVOID!

GoogleWe have been with Garton Jones for over three years. Our Property Manager, Daniel Lloyd, always goes above and beyond to resolve any issues in the property. Communication has always been clear and efficient and he is always very friendly and approachable. We really appreciate the hard work, time and effort he puts into every issue that may arise. He has always been flexible to our changing availabilities and work schedules. Because of Daniel, it is a pleasure to be associated with Garton Jones as an estate agent.

GoogleThieves, do not waste your time and money When at first they showed us the property they said that in the case of not passing the credit check we would have to pay 6 months up front and we agreed. After paying the holding deposit to secure the property and not passing the credit check we were ready to pay 6 months straight away as it had been agreed, but then, they changed the terms stablished before and asked for 12 months upfront. We waited for almost two days to get an answer from this company (never got a final response) and we had to call them several times as we saw a huge lack of interest on our situation. They kept coming up with excuses and more excuses. They also kept the money and said we lie on our references which is certainly not true. We lost our money, time and patience with Garton Jones agency Please don’t make the same mistake

FacebookBeware! Awful after service. At the end of tenancy they work very, very hard to keep as much as possible of your deposit. MAKE SURE you keep your own condition report with photos if possible! MAKE SURE you keep all receipts for all of improvements! Not nice to deal with.

they also send abusive unsolicited emails to members of the public and when you complain, they do nothing about it because its a family ran form and as such, none of them are actual professionals - hence why they hav such a low turnover

GoogleGarton Jones showed a strong understanding of the property we owned and of the market around it. They gave us sound advice and discussed a strategy for dealing with the property which responded to our requirements and left open both sales and rental options. We did not feel pressured by the staff but much more supported and listened to. In putting the agreed strategy into action they have been extremely efficient, very supportive and they respond very quickly to emails and phone calls. Garton Jones feels like a true partner in managing our property.
