TrustpilotStay Away From Galliard at All Costs
Galliard is increasing already high services charges by 40% and planning to increase it further. They charge for items in their budget, which have no connection to the property. When asked about budget items, they don't answer or tell lies, which are easily uncovered. This developer has no shame and people should be aware of their unethical behaviour.

All good, this was my first house in London, and actually in life. and I really like the flat, the quality and the fittings. I have lived in the Flat since June and so far haven't called in the assistance/warranty for any issue. I would question some of the design choices, though, but overall I'm happy.

absolutely shocking. the service charge has increase in the space for 3 years from £220 to over £500 per month without a good explanation why. the charges are so high that im sure it will be difficult to sell the property when the time comes

The developer should not sell those left units and waive stamp duty and furniture pack, this is very unfair to all of our previous buyers!Besides, the completion date was unreasonable delayed but without any compensation for us! You should waive our management service fee for at least half a year!

Thank you for your feedback which has been passed on to the relevant team for consideration.Since agreeing to purchase the site, we have kept the Gymnastics Centre informed of our plans. We are currently in discussions with ELGC and the London Borough of Newham. We anticipate meeting with both organisations in the coming weeks to address the matters raised.We are unable to provide further information until these meetings are concluded. However, we remain committed to supporting the Gymnastics Centre where possible to try to ensure their sustainable future.

I own 3 of their apartments, unfortunately having bought off plan, to find out the standard of workmanship is totally unsatisfactory. No opening windows and 30 year old air cooling that is not fit for purpose. 30 year old plumbing which results in numerous leaks.There management company is as inept as the developer.

Handyman replaced flooring strips after our reporting defects of loosen one day after. His workmanship is excellent..He also fixed the main door lock which he found loosen immediately. This handyman is very professional , polite and responsible. Thank you very much.

Galliard homes are building sub standard buildings across U.K. with cladding issues and failing to comply with government regulations or even trying to remediate their building issues. Please stay away from this company.

Galliard Homes are committed to upholding the principle that leaseholders should not have to pay for remediation of life critical building fire safety defects. We are working through the procedural matters with the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) with the intention of signing this contract. We have already been remediating our buildings in line with government guidance for some time. We remain in constant dialogue with DLUHC during this period.The Galliard Homes Team
