We contacted Foxtons only for a rental valuation and made it very clear that we were not comfortable with their 17% management fee, which did not suit our budget. Despite clearly declining their service multiple times, we continued to receive repeated phone calls and messages, to the point where we had to block several numbers. Even after informing them that we had already signed a contract with another agent, they still contacted us again (including on a weekend, from a new number), asking intrusive questions about our contract details. This level of aggressive follow-up and disregard for client boundaries felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. A valuation should not turn into persistent pressure after a clear “no”.

Just like people said, once they get your money they don't give a shxx. Rachel was our sale agent and she never replies to message even she was online. There were so many problems in the property since I moved in. We supposed to move in on the 11th, but they did not clean the property until we told them it was not fully clean. Then, they did not check the property before people move in. The electricity cut off and the agent didn't even know it needs to be top-up, also, the lights were broken. Besides, the property manager Viral barely answers the phone by himself since he is "always" not on his seat. I asked for the tenant change twice. At first, he did not mention the process in the email as soon as I call him, he changed his words a week later. Also, the second time I ask for the tenant change process, did he even process this? I don't know coz I didn't get any response as he only said he is waiting for the landlord?? Even the new tenant (who wanna moved into the property) called them, they gave a promise sweet talk; however, there's no further process (Further update: the new tenant unable to move in on the date she supposed to because of the never-work sublet process). I paid 12 months to rent all and I did not get the treatment that a fully-paid tenant deserved. Be aware! Save your money, folks! p.s. I cannot select 0 stars, otherwise, they don't deserve any star.

One of the worst and unethical agencies I've dealt with - signed a tenancy agreement, the landlord pulled out, and Foxton wiped the entire tenancy agreement from the portal and wouldn't provide any written confirmation of the rescinded offer. When we tried to call them to get help with the above they were so unhelpful and rude!! Got friends who have dealt with Foxton and absolutely hate them. Go somewhere else!

I would like to thank Karolis for helping us find a perfect place! Since the beginning, Karolis went an extra mile and was genuinely interested in finding the best possible place for us! He was always very professional and wasn't just trying to sell us any random property. He was very helpful in our decision making process as he shared both positives and negatives of each property. Comparing to other agents that I had a chance of dealing with, he was far more knowledgeable in technical details of each property, price differences, contracts, documentation, etc. Even after signing the tenancy agreement, he was always available to us and helped us resolve any issue within the same day. Shaz and Sonny worked so hard selling my flat and kept me updated on viewing feedback regularly. My sale ended up being quite complicated with EWS1 issues and then a delay to my sale after my tenant refused to move out. This was very stressful and Shaz went above and beyond to resolve the issues as they appeared and was very proactive making sure the buyers were also kept updated.Whenever a problem appeared Shaz found a solution! I can’t recommend Foxtons highly enough and am so thankful to Shaz and Sonny for all their hard work making sure the deal finally went through .

I recently sold my property with the assistance of Oliver Mint and Sam Barker. Both Ollie and Sam were a pleasure to deal with. At the early stages, Ollie provided assistance and guidance on the sale process and advising me where there were issues with a lack of communication from solicitors. Sam was able to find a buyer and kept me informed throughout the process with regular updates. Due to a lack of communication from the buyer’s solicitor, Sam was imperative when it came to chasing the buyer’s side and his persistence ensured the sale went through. Ollie and Sam were both imperative in ensuring the sale went through. This was my first time dealing with Foxtons and both individuals have left me with a good impression of the agency, which I would not hesitate to use again.

If you are a tenant - please take note that Foxton will prioritise the landlord and will take advantage of you as a tenant. Our experience with Foxtons has been extremely distressing. Members of Foxtons (Teegan Williams and an other member) have been calling us constantly and threatening to reduce our deposit if they are not allowed entry for viewings with less than 24 hours notice (in breach of our tenancy agreement). Be prepared to be forced to do viewings within hours of notice or lose your deposit!

Not sincere. Betrayal company. Reviews of this company are less than 2, but after two weeks they are more than 4. Power of the company? There is evidence of the content of emails, videos and phone calls from the person in charge. There are evidences of dishonesty on the part of your company's employees. Apologise. Worst estate agents in the UK. I have never given a bad review to anyone I have come into contact with, but this is an exception. If you expect this company to rent out your property, like I did, you will suffer terrible damage because they are a company that buys and sells and rents at the same time, and they always give priority to buying and selling. Most unreliable company in London expensive rentals. You shouldn't trust it. A company that puts landlords before tenants, aims to sell rather than rent, and makes no apology for any inconvenience caused to leasing contractors. The worst estate agent in the UK. We signed a lease agreement and the property was sold two weeks later with no communication. We were sold both time and expense We signed a rental agreement and the property was sold two weeks later without any communication. There is evidence of the content of emails, videos and phone calls from the person in charge.
