Foxtons has been always great throughout this pandemic, many estate agent I have dealt with who are not consistent in their practices. Jay (Joslin) has been amazing and so pro active finding my next investment, i have viewed dozens, I was almost close to getting offer accepted but unfortunately seller opted for a residential purchaser rather than an investor. My family member and I have been renting flats with Foxtons for a number of years. For us, Foxtons is one of the best letting property agents. Every time when we are looking for a property, Sahab manages to arrange viewings for a number of ideal potential properties rapidly along. She is a responsible and experienced negotiator, takes care of customer's needs and put it at the most priority, etc. She also provides a lot of local information in additional to the property itself. Moreover, the renting procedure of Foxtons is very electronic, saving a lot of effort and time. What we need to do is to do the viewing and do the necessary paper work simply on the day of viewing, and move in the ideal one without worrying too much. Even if there have been some visits during the tenancies, Foxtons does enquire and give well-advanced notices politely. Thank you very much for your service.

Started our search for properties and Michelle from Foxtons gave us a wonderful insight on how to go about buying a property. She is our estate agent and found a property that fit our conditions in less than 2 weeks. Wonderfully professional and extremely helpful. Go Foxtons!!! However, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service me and my flatmate have received so far. Shame you cant give no stars, I was left alone to have a look at a first floor flat while the guy had a smoke downstairs outside and heard the agent say to a friend he was showing "some darky a flat he cant afford". Needless to say I left and complained to the manager, that didn't go to well either, I get the feeling I was being dismissed as a lier or crazy.

Pretty terrible as letting agents go. Did not provide check in or check out inventories. Claimed a deduction on our deposit, without providing any photo or evidence of damage. Still holding the undisputed amount of our deposit (almost £1000) a month after move out date.
