GoogleI strongly recommend Foxtons for their professionalism and friendliness on helping us in the purchasing process. We were both first buyers and didn`t know much, but Billy and Sana`s prompt respond and professionalism made the whole process much easier for us. As a landlord I’ve bought and sold properties previously, but in this particular case the estate agent in charge, Billy Brooks, was very much involved in the deal and helped through all the stages. Imtiyaz explained everything in a way that was from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker and the coop board. This made it really easy to move into.

GoogleAt the stage of looking for the property Foxtons staff are helpful and nice, BUT once the property is rented the management team is slow and reluctant to cooperate and fix arising problems. Some siriouse issues, such as faulty windows, are not mantioned/masked when the property is shown prior to rental and you discover them when the contract is already signed. Overall terrible experience.

GoogleI was just moving to London and didn't how the usual rental contracts look like. After agreeing for a 12 month contract, Lydia Beesley from Foxtons made me a 13-month contract without usual break clause after 6 months. Landlord turned out to be difficult and problematic not wanting to replace wear and tear broken stuff, etc. Unfortunately I couldn't cancel the contract.
