Almost 2 years after the end of the tenancy and still waiting for the deposit to be returned in full. Furthermore, the deposit has not been secured with any of the deposit security schemes, making it impossible to raise a dispute. Total lack of integrity and professionalism.

I was lucky enough to be assigned by Foxtons Mrs. Tamara Dos Santos to handle my rented property on my behalf. She proved to be an efficient, reliable and thorough problem-solver. I had a few issues in the flat, and she kept on following them up until the matters were solved. Great property manager, happy customer. Kudos to Tamara !

Mia Lyseight helped me get my property listed just before Christmas and by the time their offices reopened in January we already had a great offer. They stepped up majorly getting the house ready for the tenancy. Those tenants are now happily moved in and if the management is anything like the letting, this will be a very peaceful tenancy for everyone.

I had many interactions with Foxtons over the last couple of months which I can only call sub-par. However, Supriya Sandhu stood out as an exceptionally qualified employee and has provided excellent service. She managed to resolve my queries quickly, patiently and profesionally. What is more, Supriya did this outside of the normal working hours. Her actions turned a terrible experience into a good one.

A very bad experience using them as my letting agent. They are finding ways to charge me when my tenant forfeit the tenancy. They put commissions for the next few years to my account without my consent and no one have explained clearly what is going on.

GoogleIf you're looking to sell a property GO ELSEWHERE. Absolute Sham agents, i cannot get over how unprofessional and dishonest this agency is and judging by some of the other reviews im not alone! They wasted 3 months of my time with a bogus buyer (who happened to be one of their own agents) they didnt carry out any due diligence and to top it all off did not even have the courtesy to call and let me know that the buyer was unable to proceed. Luckily i had the sense to go elsewhere and have managed to succesfuly sell our property for HALF the fee i would've been charged had the sale gone through with Foxtons. Absolute Mickey Mouse organisation I will NEVER use Foxtons again
