I own an apartment in London but I stay in Singapore. I have been using Foxton to manage and rent out my property since 2016 and they have been very professional and helpful. It makes the whole process very pleasant and smooth. I wish to single out Alex Cheung, who has been assigned to my property since last year and he has been extremely attentive and pro-active.

Since my initial review, Foxtons' response has been superficial. Nick reached out on Trustpilot, but there has been no actual follow-up or resolution. My concerns and maintenance issues remain unaddressed, highlighting a pattern of poor communication and inadequate service. Disappointingly, this seems to be a tactic to appear responsive publicly, while continuing to neglect tenant needs.

Foxtons took over my local estate agency fully managing my flat near Tower Bridge. I was impressed by the efficiency of the handover process. The property manager Sophie (and previously Melisha who is in maternity leave) has been excellent: very responsive, kind, efficient and happy to go an extra mile until full satisfaction.

We have been trying for nearly 3 weeks to get Foxtons to acknowledge our maintenance requests in a managed property. Many of which were stipulated in the contract. No idea on how to move forward. Don't advise for landlords to use them, unfortunately your property will fall into disrepair

GoogleTerrible agency, who during the height of covid couldn’t even wait for us to move out before giving out 10 viewings with people not wearing masks and touching things. Also refused to fix boiler until we had to contact head office. Really useless agency run by 20 something year olds fresh out of uni. Honestly such a joke of an agency
