I have been using Foxton for a while and previously had some issues, mainly due to lack of communication. However, since Beatrice took over our property, we have had a great experience having her managing the property. She kept us updated at all times if there are any issues and always responded promptly.

Called to the office for viewings and detailed discussion,and no one was there in the office to attend the client after multiple caIling to the agent named Sophie McCracken but no response from her side. I inquired about renting my property through this company and was harassed by daily voicemails and emails from a very aggressive and slightly unbalanced sales lady. I requested to unsubscribe but they still email me today. Stay away. The word shark doesn't even begin to describe these desperate sales people.

Worst agents you could ever deal with.They tried to show my house without my permission or notice - which is against the law.Now agent Gavie keeps pushing us to leave the house alone for his viewings. I made it clear we do not want agents in our house without us being present.He keeps requesting time alone in the house. Pushy and disrespectful.

In rentals, Foxtons are often perceived as the expensive option. When I purchased through them, they showed me why their price was justified. Where other estate agents focused purely on completing easy sales, Foxtons stuck with me despite my difficulties and recovered the sale despite it almost falling through multiple times.They really went above and beyond to make this happen, and I'm very glad I chose them.
