GoogleI was interacting with Viviana for property search in and around Mitcham. She is very professional , have good knowledge on the area and provides you with abundant (honest) information on the property & area to help you in the decision making. I would strongly recommend to get in touch with the agency if you need to find the right place ! 😊

GoogleWe had some viewings with Hamzah on Tuesday. He was so friendly and informative on the area and properties we looked at. We are new to the area and he made us feel more confident and relaxed about renting in the tooting area. He was so friendly and chatty and I would highly recommend him for anyone searching for properties through Foxtons 😀

GoogleBeyond useless. Gave our details to 3rd parties who demanded money for services we didn't need nor ask for. Apparently this was an admin error. Now they're 2 weeks late returning our deposit. … More

GoogleI had a really awful experience selling my property with Foxtons. Doors were left unlocked and sometimes open after viewings, keys were removed from the property without permission and i felt i was lied to several times by the management. I would not recommend Foxtons to anyone.

GoogleWe recently sold our flat with Foxtons Tooting and would highly recommend them. Throughout the whole process (which was quite long as we took a long time to find a property to purchase!) Viviana, Giorgio and the rest of the team were helpful, friendly and supportive. The viewings process was extremely simple, with all information on an online portal, plus regular communication with the team to confirm timings. They also always took into account our preferences around viewing timings i.e. nothing after 7pm as our son would be in bed! They secured us offers very quickly, and negotiated efficiently until we had a price we were happy with, which was £75k higher than other agents had told us we would get! Viviana then supported us through the sale process and pushed things through extremely quickly so that we were able to complete in just 6 weeks in order to meet our buyers deadline. All in all, we had a fantastic experience with Foxtons Tooting and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area!

GoogleWe had a terrible experience with Ludlowthompson in Tooting (Rob and Michael in the renting team), where they pretended to follow a protocol for letting tenants in, and check-out.
They were not professional, they only had the interest of the landlord, giving him advice without reading any reports. Make sure that you have everything in writing and take photos of everything.
We wouldn't recommend dealing with them or the agency !! Do not trust what they say.

GoogleI highly recommend this agency, especially the agent called George. I asked for help to several agencies of Tooting to rent a house, but Foxtons was the only one that helped me. George listened carefully to my requirements and showed me a wide range of properties. Thank you very much for you attention and hard work, George. I appreciate it a lot.

GoogleI started searching for a property two months ago. My searches were leading me nowhere until I knocked on Foxtons Tooting door. I felt Ben understood exactly what I was looking for, and managed to match me with the perfect property in less that a week.I wish I started my search with Foxtons straight away. This would have saved me a lot of time and aggravations.

GoogleWas really struggling to find a house leading up to the restart of university in October and there was a lot of hassle with would-be housemates who were one foot in and one foot out which meant we had to view other potential properties that suited our re-adjusted requirements. I have to say Robert Lynch really patterned us! His patience and determination to find us somewhere is something that I really appreciate! We spent just over 2 months to find somewhere And he could’ve easily given up on us at the first hurdle but he’s not built like that! Massive respect to him!
