GoogleMy 1st viewing experience ludlowthompson Tooting, the agent Romina, was already there at the property waiting for me , and i like that. She listened to my questions and she was shrewd with her answers and she was properly attire, professional. The viewing went well and I'm putting in my offer.

GoogleDo not use Foxtons to manage your property. We have had the unfortunate experience of working with Kadhim who is incredibly unprofessional and unresponsive. We have to chase him consistently and even still do not get any responses. Whenever we do finally get progress we never hear from him, only from the 3rd parties. AVOID.

GoogleI have used Foxtons twice in the last year. They have been extremely professional, lined up >15 viewings in a few days and gone from instruction signing a new tenant in less than a week. A pleasure to deal with. Good work Josh Linddal.

GoogleThe single most rude customer service I have EVER encountered. After a harrowing day at a family funeral and work I get a call from some absolute dreadful woman. Whilst I don't at all mind being called by genuine lettings agents, when I told her I was unable to talk at the time she shouted over me 'IS IT A YES OR A NO?' in the most rude way and slammed the phone down. I seriously suggest EVERYONE steer clear of this agency. If that's how they treat potential tenants could you imagine how they treat current ones? If I knew her name I would 100% name and shame here publicly. I've formally complained and received no reply too... thanks a lot Ludlow... top notch service.

GoogleMy girlfriend and I recently bought a flat in the Tooting area and they were excellent! From the initial viewing through the offer process and to completion I cannot fault them. We were competing with a cash buyer through another agent and Philip (the sales negotiator) did a tremendous job to convince the buyer that we were the better option. At the vendors insistence we were forced to move fast so went from viewing to completion in 20 days (which is a crazy pace but didnt bother us as house prices were climbing by the week!) but we felt supported and informed every step of the way with the Ludlow team happy to work with us to push the deal through. I cannot recommend them highly enough given the level of professional service and attention they gave to our situation. To move quickly we also used their recommended solicitors and mortgage brokers who were also excellent. I would say that we found a gem of a property in the area and were hugely fortunate to have an agent that looked after us in our first residential property purchase. Highly recommended!

GoogleJenna Phillips has just helped us to secure a great property in Tooting. She took us to see it before it became available on the website which gave us the upper hand when putting in an offer and led to it being accepted. We understand that Jenna has not been at Foxtons all that long but she was nothing but professional, friendly and took all of our criteria on board.

GoogleHorrible service from Annabel (lettings) who never kept you in the loop with the landlord as to what was happening with our potential move and didn't even apologise when the issue was raised directly with her as she was wasting our time with every day we knew nothing. Have also heard from numerous friends and colleagues how unprofessional this company is. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

GoogleI rented my property through Foxtons and dont think I ever once got a response to my emails without having to chase them up multiple times. We are now selling the property and given the experience I had renting through them, there was no chance I would entrust them with selling my property.

GoogleGreat service offered from the branch in Tooting Broadway, epecially from William who really seemed to have great knowledge in the area and renting in London. He also went the extra mile of meeting us at the station and driving us to the property. Fantastic car! He was very polite and answered any questions we had. I wish our next move was dealt with via William!
