I have been working with Foxtons for many years and my views about their service was average. However the last few months I have been working closely with Elliot Hancox who actually changed the average service to an extremely good one. Elliot together with Deepa Trivedi have been so helpful and so supportive and they both exceeded my expectations and changed completely my idea about Foxtons! They were very efficient with all my questions, they prepared everything on time and for the first time I feel that I have some reliable people to rely on, for my property. Keep the good work going!

When it comes to finding property, foxtons wapping is great. The sales team there is amazing, and so is the rental team. The process of finding a property to rent has never been so painless, and so was the paperwork. Very nice team of people. However, the management of the properties is shocking. The person in charge of maintenance has absolutely no care for the tenants, so do bear that in mind when you are about to rent an old-ish type of flat that might require some work from time to time. If anything breaks, you are on your own, may it be endangering or not. Access to management is opaque, and you are tied to one person with no one else willing to help. Would stay away from Foxtons for any rentals.

Claire helped me a lot in many ways to find a flat and all the process to moving in. I had a viewing with her Friday and needed to move in the new place within next Saturday. When I explained all my situation she said she will make it for me and SHE DID IT! I successfully moved in to new flat on next Friday! She managed all the process only for 4 days. She has done her job great for me to get the best deal. I highly recommend her and her team if you need to find a perfect flat that you want! Thanks agian Claire !!

Fabian and Jo helped me find a flat and complete all the paperwork within 72 hours. I was very stressed about moving down from Manchester in a short window of time however they went above and beyond to ensure the process was very smooth. The whole experience was really good. Fabien, the agent I spoke with during all the process was really friendly and always reply all my 100 questions quick and providing me with the info I was looking for.
