Foxtons London reviews

When it comes to finding property, foxtons wapping is great. The sales team there is amazing, and so is the rental team. The process of finding a property to rent has never been so painless, and so was the paperwork. Very nice team of people. However, the management of the properties is shocking. The person in charge of maintenance has absolutely no care for the tenants, so do bear that in mind when you are about to rent an old-ish type of flat that might require some work from time to time. If anything breaks, you are on your own, may it be endangering or not. Access to management is opaque, and you are tied to one person with no one else willing to help. Would stay away from Foxtons for any rentals.

Claire helped me a lot in many ways to find a flat and all the process to moving in. I had a viewing with her Friday and needed to move in the new place within next Saturday. When I explained all my situation she said she will make it for me and SHE DID IT! I successfully moved in to new flat on next Friday! She managed all the process only for 4 days. She has done her job great for me to get the best deal. I highly recommend her and her team if you need to find a perfect flat that you want! Thanks agian Claire !!

We saw a beautiful home with Chloe the day it went on the market (she tried her best to fit us in) and she helped us secure it & sign all the documents, including tenancy agreement, less than 24 hours later. If only every rental experience were this easy - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Chloe at Foxtons Wapping!

Really enjoyed the professionalism we received from Darryl Gyimah. He was very helpful in the viewings, our follow-up questions, and our offering process as first-time buyers. He was also very knowledgeable about the area we were looking in. Couldn't ask for more at this stage and would highly recommend.

Vijay Pannu had been a great agent to work with. Very professional, considerate, polite, competent and available. He understood the style we were after and identified the type of properties we were looking for. I would highly recommend his support to a friend or family member looking for a house. In the end we opted for another area of london on the other side of London simply because it was easier for our commute. cheers, Andrea

Fabian and Jo helped me find a flat and complete all the paperwork within 72 hours. I was very stressed about moving down from Manchester in a short window of time however they went above and beyond to ensure the process was very smooth. Fabian in fact met me on a Sunday to give me the keys personally. He also helped me move in for 3 hours! These guys clearly work very hard for their clients and customers to ensure that everything goes well. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism, efficiency and helpfulness of everyone I dealt with. Thanks again, Mustafa

The whole experience was really good. Fabien, the agent I spoke with during all the process was really friendly and always reply all my 100 questions quick and providing me with the info I was looking for. I showed my interest in the flat almost 3 month before it was available but everything when smooth and all the `paperwork was done quick and without any problem whatsoever I just moved into my new flat last weekend and I'm very happy to have chosen this agency as everything has been perfect so I’d recommend it to anyone

I had a great experience of viewing flats with Waquas; he was exceptionally knowledgable and diligent, but also very conscious and respectful of my time, budget, and needs. He made what was an overwhelming process, really simple, and enjoyable. Couldn’t recommend him, and Foxtons Wapping more!

We found Darryl to be very well informed and helpful about the flat and the area. Answers to all questions (service charge, length of lease, ground rent, rental value etc) were either known or researched and followed-up very quickly without prompting - a very uncommon (!), welcome, professional, value adding service and ambassador for the firm. Super helpful, great communication and solid advice. Have been dealing with Hassan for a few months now and can honestly say that the whole process has been so much easier than I had feared from my experiences with other agents. Always quick and clear on communications, always diligent with follow up and keeping us in the loop and always flexible and easy to deal with whenever I've had questions.
