I can’t recommend Seda highly enough. From the very beginning, she has been absolutely amazing in helping me find my dream home. She showed me a number of properties, always kept me fully updated, took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, and was always on hand with all the information and answers I needed. Seda is a genuinely fantastic estate agent and went above and beyond throughout the whole process. Her professionalism, communication and dedication really stood out, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent. I’d also like to mention Hena, who has been incredibly helpful with the aftercare and has really helped speed up the process. She has been very responsive and supportive whenever anything was needed. A huge thank you to both Seda and Hena for all their help, they are a credit to Foxtons!

We had a wonderful experience working with Shimon from the Foxtons Wapping office during our home search in London. Having recently relocated from India, the UK rental market was completely new and quite overwhelming for us. Shimon was incredibly patient and took the time to clearly explain the process, answer all our questions, and guide us through each step with genuine care. Over the course of three weeks, he personally showed us more than ten properties, always accommodating our schedule and going the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable with our choices. His approach was thoughtful, professional, and never rushed, which made a significant difference to our experience. While we weren’t able to finalise a property through him, that was purely circumstantial and not a reflection of his efforts. The service of Andrea was expectional and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new rental. We found ourselves in a stressful situation of needing to find a new rental on very short notice and we were super fortunate to have met Andrea at a property we inspected as we went from inspecting the property to moving in all within a few days. Avoid this agency at all costs. Unprofessional to say the least. Ross wins the award of the worst agent of the year. Unprofessional, lack of empathy, no replies to emails. No information with regards to my checkout process. NOTHING. No reply to any of my emails. In order to get him to reply to me I have to cold call him without any resolution. Just saying that he will send me an email but he never does. I had to go to the agency myself to get things sorted. Nothing was sorted obviously otherwise I’d wouldn’t be leaving this review. On top of that, My washing machine has been broken for over 2 months now. I logged the issue on their portal but to this day after a lot of chasing I still haven’t heard back regarding this. I highly refrain anyone from trusting this “agency”.
