GoogleI had quite a positive experience interacting and attending viewings with this agency. Eda Hasan in particular was very professional, friendly and helpful. Eda was willing and knowledgeable enough to answer questions and give us advice on how to manoeuvre the housing market, as well as how to navigate and enjoy the local area. She made the whole viewing experience much smoother.

GoogleI worked with Mr. Andrea Puddu from the Wapping agency and it was a great pleasure. He made the process of finding and renting a property go very smoothly and he helped me with all my questions. His replies came very fast and he had a great and friendly attitude. Unlike other agents that I met, I felt like Andrea was really trying to help me find the best place for my needs, not just trying to score a bigger commision. I recommend working with Foxtons and with Andrea to anyone that is trying to find an apartment to rent!

GoogleI cannot rave enough about fabulous Nneka has been in my flat search. Despite giving her really difficult criteria, she was able to find me several properties, and she accompanied me to each one fully equipped with the notes on each place and prepared for any question. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and truthfully I really enjoyed visiting properties with her as she's a lovely, lovely girl, incredibly patient and a great laugh (and a very good driver!). She came across so invested in my search, was very professional and also just the friendliest estate agent I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. We spent a few hours looking around London and she really takes her time to show you around without the rush you sometimes get when an agent has multiple viewings. GoogleAbsolutely terrible experience with my deposit. Wasn't made aware that I can protect my deposit against claims that were faults of their cleaning service. 100% would NOT recommend. They don't vet the fairness of charges and absolutely do not protect you as tenants. Absolutely horrible terrible experience.

GoogleI have been looking for a flat with impossible requests for the past one month and Amirah has been an exceptional help for me. Whenever I mention an issue, she was very quick to find an alternative solution that helps both the landlords and myself, the tenant. She is very friendly, respectful and very responsive as well. I will contact her in the future again if I ever need help in finding a place or perhaps buying my first flat in London in the future!

GoogleI had an incredibly smooth journey in purchasing my first property. Massive thank you to Emma and Natalie for being so informative, responsive and clear with me. From the first call, Emma was very helpful, immediately setting up a property viewing and finding other great properties in the area that were in line with my budget. Then at the viewing Natalie was very informative of the building/area/renovation work. Since then they have both been quickly responsive (even on the weekend!) and positive throughout the negotiations. Hena found a buyer quickly in a fairly difficult market and George was very diligent in keeping things going when my solicitors were holding things up and the buyer's patience was being tested.
