GoogleNatalie has been an amazing help in our first steps at finding a property in East London. Very impressed with her prompt replies to our emails, her professionalism on viewings, and by her 'going the extra mile' - not something we have experienced with many other agents. Thank you Natalie - we look forward to continuing to work with you!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleTerrible service, we viewed a flat that was advertised as a short let and at a price. The flat needed decorating and the communal area needed a clean but we agreed to move forward as it was only for a month, WE completed all the forms and requests that Andrea asked us to, we complied with all his wishes. then 3 days before the lease was to begin, at 16:30 on a Friday Andrea told us the landlord wanted an extra £100 per week for expenses, I have no idea what these expenses could be as there was nothing extra we requested. It is so unprofessional to do this, so we declined and found a property elsewhere with more honest landlords.

GoogleConor and his team at Ludlow offered honest advise during the whole daunting process of finding and buying a property. They understood the requirements and fitted the client suitably. I cannot thank them enough for all the help and support during the whole process. I cannot recommend them enough!!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleJust moved into my flat and the entire process from viewing to the move was so organised and un stressful. Olivia really listened to our wants and needs and found us just that. Nothing was too much trouble for her- always a friendly voice and a smile. Such a lovely change to move house with ease. Olivia Knight is an absolute credit to your company.

GoogleDealt with Natalie Grazioli, who was super professional and helpful with my property search. She was very responsive, and went out her way to accommodate late viewing times. She wasn't pushy at all and put in a lot of time to provide all the relevant information I needed regarding a property, so that I could make an informed decision. Thank you.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleHad the pleasure of receiving a tour of 4 properties in Wapping by Hena Tariq. She was very knowledgeable, and happy to talk about the pirate history of Wapping, which gave Wapping a flair or historical flavor. Would definitely recommend Hena if you are searching for property in Wapping!

GoogleI have been dealing with Beatrice Rogers for the past year on what must be one of the most difficult and frustrating sales that any estate agent could be lumbered with. She has been efficient and professional throughout and has my thanks and respect.

GoogleHena is brilliant. She sold our property for us and that was in large part due to her ability to be on good, friendly terms with ALL parties involved, together with her amazing tenacity. If you can get her help, she'll get a result. Highly recommended.

GoogleGreat service. I bought a property via Ludlowthompson (City & Docklands). My experience with the agency was excellent. The team work by Mark, Richard, Connor and the best coordinator Beatrice was amazing! I highly recommend Ludlowthompson for anyone who is looking for a property in the area.

GoogleJake and his team at Ludlow where thoroughly professional from start to finish. They got a huge number of property viewings and ended up securing us 3 offers, including one over the original rental valuation of the property. They were kind, courteous, mindful and responsive. Both my wife and I are exceptionally pleased with the service offered and received,. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleA big thanks to Scott and Matthew for selling my property. The team did marvelously well considering that I was away, the property had a sitting tenant, and Matthew having to rush around on my behalf so sort out a few issues. Foxtons just got on with the job in hand with minimum fuss and to a successful conclusion. Thanks again.

GoogleSCAM ARTISTS!! I’ve been in a property for a month with no heating, only to be told by the maintenance company that they have sent quotes to this joke of an organisation and they have not received a response, I have had to move out of the property because the temperature are below zero and all they care about is taking your money then when your heating goes they want to act like they don’t understand English. They have worst customer services I’ve ever experienced in my life and I will not being paying any rent moving forward. My property manager Ross who is based completely in a different city is useless and doesn’t even receive emails or answer calls half of the time. I will be seeking legal action against this fraud of a company.

GoogleWe rented a house through them. At first, it was great, we generally spoke to one guy who was amazing (Hassan), we later found out he was no longer working for the agency, I wonder why... After her left, it was an useless experience. At the end of the tenancy, they tried to scam us 250 pounds to remove hair from the property. Our landlord (they never came or saw the place) trusted their word and had no idea that their request was ridiculous and unfair. The property was clean, so we demanded an explanation + we let them know that it was illegal to ask tenants to pay for the cleaning at the end of tenancy. We obviously did not pay. Good luck if you have to deal with them, and have patience.

GoogleHad an excellent experience working with Foxtons, especially Andrea in finding my new home. He was extremely helpful in assisting me to find a home with my requirements and within my budget, and even drove me to properties himself!

GoogleNatalie Grazioli was really helpful and proactive, kindly even offering her own helpful advice about my property search. She worked hard to get all the information I needed about a property so that I was able to make an informed decision quickly, and she has always been extremely professional and responsive.

GoogleIt took over a year and several buyers, to sell my flat. No fault of Foxtons, more the intricacies of my lease. The attitude of the sales staff never faltered, always pushing on for the next viewing and prospective buyer. Their support was invaluable. Special mention to Emma Hutley who finally closed the deal for me. Thank you Scott and team!
