GoogleGreat service, they picked up the phone at 7.30am on a Saturday. Darryl was very helpful and showed me a property with very short notice. He provided all the information I needed.

GoogleLuke was fantastic throughout my first time property search and had great knowledge when I asked some difficult questions. If he didn’t know he found out and got back to me immediately! He was very professional while being easy to talk to, definitely recommend.

GoogleI had just 4 days to look for a place in London and Amirah was amazing! She is one of the best professionals that I've ever had to deal with. She has a great knowledge of the area, is very attentive and professional. I can only recommend.

GoogleBeatrice Rogers did a really good job in marketing my property in particular the video she made of my flat which I believe sold it for me.

GoogleVijay was a great resource in securing the flat. We are just moving in now, but Vijay has made the whole process easy. It really feels like he cares about us, and will go the extra mile to make sure you (as future tenants) are comfortable.

GoogleDaniela was extremely helpfull in helping me find an apartment and a short let until the apartment was ready. When I faced a minor technical problem she was there for me. I recommend foxtons and especially Ms Fernandes to everybody looking for accomodation in East London Area.

GoogleWe arrived in London looking for a one bed room. We found it in less than 48 hours thanks to Claire. She was very reactive, very friendly and took the time to explain how the process worked. A big thank to Claire who was an example of professionalism.

GoogleHassan was very helpful. He responded quickly to our queries and provided important information swiftly. We ended up finding a property to rent quite quickly and the advice he gave us was excellent. I recommend him highly.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleIgor Griskin was very useful in helping us find a place that not only met our needs, but also in such a small window of time. The continued service in helping us communicate with our landlord has been everything we could ask for as well.

GoogleHad a long hot day of viewings but the ones with Hena were definitely the most memorable! She was bubbly, cheerful and fun throughout, as well as extremely knowledgeable. Thoroughly recommended as someone to sell your property!

GoogleVijay was superb with us throughout the entire process of renting our new home, showing excellent communication skills. So a big thank you to him for being so helpful and giving us an all round great experience. Thanks again!

GoogleAndrea was very helpful! Always attentive over messages and happy to go above and beyond while we moved into our new property.

GoogleWe found exactly the right home for us on our first viewing. Matthew was very helpful and accommodated our revisits and enquiries. He liaised with the vendor effectively helping to make our buying experience much less stressful than it might have been.

GoogleGreat experience in helping me to find a place in Wapping. As someone new to London who just arrived from New York, Daniela was a huge help - very patient in showing different neighborhoods and explaining the pros/cons of each. Definitely recommend.

GoogleThe LT team fronted by Conor Bunn from the Dock St office acted for us recently in the sale of our leasehold flat in the City Quarter development. Initial advice on setting a sales price was firm and well founded, leading to a quick agreement for sale at an acceptable price and with no chain involved we naively expected a smooth process to completion. Yet as with most property transactions it turned out to be anything but! Throughout a number of twists & turns, Conor continued to provide us with measured and sensible advice, kept the transaction on the rails and eventually to successful completion. We found him to be always available, responsive and honest in his opinion, even if it was'nt necessarily what we wanted to hear! We would be happy to employ Conor & the LT team again in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI had the pleasure to meet Andrea who's been extremely helpful during the house viewings. Although in the end I chose another property, I can say Andrea was easily the best agent I met during the last week of house chasing.

GoogleWe have so far had a very good experience with Ludlow Thomas. Roy has been very helpful and responded to our needs as buyers. Natalie was also great - we trusted her honesty, judgement and her opinions.

GoogleHad a nice experience with this agency, in particular Vijay has been really helpful in helping me and my friends going through the whole process of renting a house. Whenever we needed some clarification he’s always been there for us!!

GoogleAndrea is personable and has provided an excellent and professional service at showing us properties exactly matching our requirements. We ended-up going with a different property but we almost felt bad because his service has been perfect.

GoogleHad the worst experience with this agency. They let me an apartment knowing that the shower was not working and never told me until i transferred 6 months rent plus the security deposit. The shower would take weeks to fix as per the porter and plumber. Was dealing with Amirah, she told me she didn’t know, whilst she had an email from the landlord asking her to tell me about the shower issue before i transfer the money. The only way i got out of it was because the landlord was decent and terminated the contract. Avoid.

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant team, I can only recommend. I've been in touch with Vijay, from the first viewing until picking up the keys. Very professional, calm and trustworthy, always there for that extra mile. I've been stressing him with phone calls early mornings and late nights, writing dozens of emails, he always replied even on his annual leave or day off, just to make sure I'm always updated with the latest info and every documentation to make me rest assured that I'm not being left alone or forgotten. Long story short I would surely recommend him and the whole team behind him. Jacob the branch manager, very kind, professional leader reflected by the thousands of positive reviews. That's what you expect when you're renting, congratulations and thank you for your hard work.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleFoxtons Wapping helped me with the sale of my flat in St Katherine Docks. It was not the most straight forward of sales but Seda in particular went above and beyond. She’s a superstar and provided first class service throughout the process.

GoogleHena is a great letting agent! She drove me from property to property and really understood our brief, which saved us time. Hugely recommended her.
